I just want to ask about my routine. Is my routine prone to plateau??
Jelqing 15 minutes

Every morning before school and weekends.
Could this routine last forever?? Or will i have to change in the future?
If i someday hit a plateau, would this be a plateau breaker?:
5 minutes jelq

Any changes in a routine can possibly break a plateau and make you gain again? even through it ain't more intense?
What if you do it like this?:
Week 1:
Jelq: 15 minutes

Week 2:
Jelq: 5 minutes
