This clamping exercise is by far the best I've doneMOS
First I get an erection and clamp without wrappingMOS

I pull hard enough so that the clamp leaves free space on the underside so that my cs is free to fill with blood yet my ccs are clamped. Your veins bulge your cs gets gigantic and it holds to time under tension rule because time flies and your hands wrists and fingers don't get tired and your not clamping your cs so there is waaaay more blood flow plus you can stop, hold you penis in place with one hand and smoke a bogie or write a cool post like I am write now on my I phone and the erection will barely go down if at all which is the case you hard kegal and hold every now and thenMOS
