We've all hit a plateau, currently Im try to break a rather large one (4 months ish). So I thought it would be a good idea to gather some information for people who are stuck like me, and to better our little community of course...

... so what methods have broken you through those tough times when you just dont know what to do.


I'll start. After a few months of lig stretching and no gains I decided to switch to INTENSE jelqing for 1-2 hours a day every 4 or 5 days and got my LOT back up from 6:00 to about 8:00. Then I switch back to ligs and gained .5" in a couple of weeks. Gains soon stoped though so it musnt have been that effective and it seemed like it took forever to see results.
 
Well, I joined the forums here back in OCT 2003, and for 3 to 3.5 months I was steady with a routine with some fairly serious newb gains then it drastically slowed, I moved, and got caught up in other things which led to a solid 1 year off from Penis Enlargement minus some kegel work and of course ritual masturbation rofl I'm back now and it's been about 2.5 weeks; although I really just getting back into the routine of daily exercises (Penis Enlargement). I didn't lose any gains but seemed to pick-up right where I left off..at my 1st plateau. I'm fairly satisfied with my current girth and know that if I keep a decent jelqing routine that girth will see some gains, however, I'm focusing on length so I'm doing just about every stretch that exsists except for the really advanced ones because my cock is so fatigued from what I'm doing now that it's hard for me to get an erection at 100% steel. I reported a BPFSL of 1/8'' bringing it to 7 3/8" BPFSL but my BPenis EnlargementL is still strong at 7''. Hopefully, I can get over to 7 3/8" BPenis EnlargementL but regardless I've added a little more variety/intensity to my routine and was really glad to see some gains. The human body is superb at adapting to various conditions and a change is the only thing that will force it to adapt further. Change it up a bit, it so far, seems to be working for me. :s
 
Hanging isnt always the answer for everyone. Most guys dont have the time or the motivation for it. Let alone, the patience to learn how to do it properly. That said, I've gotten most of my length gains to date from hanging. ;) Hanging provides an edge when that you hit a "plateu" you just increase the weight and or # of sets a little. Just speaking from my own personal experience and not from what I've seen other guys speculatively post.
 
#1 way to break a plateau is rest
You've already tried that it didn't help you >:(
#2 change you routine
add to it, take away from it, do something different
#3 time
Grit your teeth and work through it,
this is the hardest thing to do and the most demoralizing option so hold your head up :s and keep going
 
PLATEAUS suck and they require some serious shit to break them. I usually try more intensity and reps before changing up my routine. If that does not work I will go back to basics (PHASE 1) and give myself a couple weeks to get myself back to square 1, this usually gets me into a gaining mode...almost like a mental reset.
 
I've had a few serious plateaus in girth (don't care that much for length since I broke 8" BPenis EnlargementL) and the best way I've found to break them is two-fold.

1) Change your routine completely. For instance, I had been doing reasonably well on a routine of mainly dry jelqs and Ulis for a while but then gains dried up. So I got into clamping (with some minor jelqing) and that broke the plateau. Once that well dried up I went into nothing but wet jelqs twice daily and got a few more decimal points.

2) Shock routine. On my latest change, to wet jelqs twice a day, I started the new regimen out by doing a shock weekend. I did 4-5 jelqing sessions á 400 reps per day for three days. That means a lot of reps. Once I got back into a more sane workout (wet jelqs for 350 reps twice daily), I got a noticeable increase in girth, the kind where my girlfriend went "OW! What happened?"

Thats the medicine right there, shock it to grow. Allot of the time it is really simple, the penis just becomes comfortable and a brutal change will snap it back to growth. I have a very intense shock routine on this forum somewhere, I will try to dig it up and get it in this thread for you.
