Hi everyone,

I am now back at it in an attempt to gain my ideal penis. I have another routine thread where I documented my history with hanging, but for various reasons this time I am going to be doing just jelqing and different variations of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words]. I was previously obsessed with gaining length, and although I still am, I feel like doing jelqs combined with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] will give me length and girth with time, which should be amazing.

My routine:

20 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]

My stats:
BPEL: 7.25 inches
Mid Shaft Erect Girth: 5.25 inches

Goals:
BPEL: 9 inches
Girth: 6.5 inches
 
Wow, so good to see you my Brother! I was worried when you were not around. This routine is strictly girth, what are your goals here?

Hey DLD, glad to be back. I was checking the forum daily this whole time I have been gone, but I was not posting or doing any PE. My goal with this routine is to gradually gain both length and girth. I am confident that jelqing will bring some length as I have heard of others who have gained over an inch from just jelqing.

I also just want to try an only jelqing routine for at least six months just to see what results will come from it. This time around I am more patient with gains, and this routine is very doable for me in terms of the time requirement.

If I see results I like I will gradually increase my jelqing time up to an hour, but for now I think my routine is fine. Thanks for checking in with me!

Sounds like a solid plan. I am also very happy you are back and sharing your experiences with the Brotherhood. I will visit you daily if you come :)

Thanks DLD. At the moment I check on the forum daily, but I am only going to post when necessary.

I do have a question for you though. If I am aiming to gradually gain both length and girth with jelqing, what erection level do you think is best? I have heard that lower erection level jelqs are best for length. Is that true?

I like to start with an erection and work it down to about 90% to give me some elasticity. I would not dip below 80% or it will do little for girth. The less EQ put into the jelq the more it lends itself to length versus girth.
 
Keep in mind though, low eq jelqing is one of the slowest ways to gain length.

I just wanted to update my thread with some key things I have noticed after 11 straight days of jelqing (I actually started on March 11, but made the thread a couple of days later):

- My flaccid is now slightly bigger and thicker. In the past when I did absolutely no PE it would sometimes turtle very small and thin. Now my penis always feels a little thick and slightly longer, and it never gets to that extreme of turtling.

- I have realized that in order to get the max out of my jelqing routine I can only cum once per day. I used to cum several times a day, but I have noticed the best results from limiting my ejacuations to once per day.

- Although I will not measure until April 11, I feel like my BPEL and EG must have increased a tiny bit. Who knows though, I will just have to wait and see.
 
Just measured today before I did my normal jelqing/SSJ routine. I think doing that routine gives me a temporary .125 inches, and maybe more. I also did not have the best erection quality.

As of today: 7.5 inches BPEL

That is after one month of not missing a single day.

keeping the masturbating down to one a day would be a very good move dude, can I ask when about in the day are you doing your routine? as testosterone levels are higher in the morning and evening , so like dld I prefer to do my girth with (jelqing ssjs etc ) in the evening which may be a good change for you if you have the time and privacy.

All wonderful signs! I would avoid masturbation more than once per day, less for some. what is important is if you do masturbate you utilize the fatigue it brings and get some serious stretching in. The best time to stretch is during fatigue.
