Gained from 4 1/2 to 7 1/8 BP in just a few months last year. Then all hell broke loose and i stopped pe for almost a year and lost about 1/2 inch as the previous were not cemented.
I went from 5 5/8" X 4 15/16" to 8 1/8" X 6 1/2" in less than two years. I am mostly concentrating on length these days with hanging 5-6 days every week one time per day for 20 minutes at 42 to 50 pounds. Fucking hardcore hanging!
