What he is saying is that caverjet and this are the same thing so they will acheive the same results.

It's like someone saying take Viagra because it will get you hard and someone else saying I prefer Sildenafil Citrate. Well Sildenafil Citrate is the active ingredient in Viagra which is just the over the counter name.
 
Being that the active ingredient in Caverject IS prostaglandin E1, they are in effect the same thing. Just like generic viagra is the same as real Viagra sold by Pfizer since they both contain Sildenafil Citrate as their active ingredient.

I've got to say, I'm so sorry. I misread what you said the first time and thought you said isn't the same thing.
