Im really just looking to add girth to my tally wacker atm. So Im looking for either the best exercise or device to make it happen. Any and all knowledge would be appreciated.

I have heard clamping is tops for exercise, is this true?
And I was thinking of getting a pump if its worth it? And whats best? [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? the mity?

In my opinion, best manual exercise would be jelq, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] or clamping. If device, it's gonna be [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and combine doing it with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] equal to big fatty dick :)
 
Jelqs are decent, but for an advanced trainer who is serious about girth and wanting an exercise that actually directly targets girth, I'd go with squeezes, or clamping. I admit, I'm biased. I have however seen more girth with equal or less time invested from squeezes and clamping than I ever did from jelqs. I just do not feel like 30 minutes of near erect jelqs is anywhere near the equivalent to 30 minutes of squeezes or clamping.

Clamping is to girth work what hanging weights is to stretching, really. One 15-20 minute clamped set is like being able to hold your favorite intense squeeze for the same time. Impossible with bare hands of course ;) Couple clamping with pumping, as with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and I feel you have a winning combo. I'm loving the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] because once I get it on, it's doing the work for me. I use it after I clamp.

Thats interesting Im just curious and no offense but how is it that someone who signed up say 5 years ago and has only 1 other post has another 1 post 5 years later. I only ask because I see these frequently and it just strikes me as odd because if I made a screen name 5 years ago and posted once I doubt I would remember how to log back in with the same user name and password since it might change from time to time in 5 years. I dont mean anything by it to chad here its a general question if anyone would enlighten me and I think its a great question and further-more were glad to have him back!

I've done the clamping thing and have gotten more fluid retention than I want. Get great expansion though.
