I Clamp Once in the Morning before work for around 20/30 Minutes and Bend 2/3 Times during this period while clamped for no more than 30 Seconds each Bend, after my Last bend I get myself extremely Hard and clamp down 1 more notch and I let my erection subside for about 5/7 Minutes (My Top Vein is prominent during clamping and this is a Positive PI for me)
When my Erection subsides after around 5/7 Minutes I Use 3 Hair bands as an ADC and wear this all day while I am at work -- Consistently Growing in Girth.
