DLD, this one goes out to you. I'd been stretching and jelqing on and off for a couple months before finding this site. I was really impressed and I've decided I'm going to do your beginning routine. However, my base girth seems to be a tad bit smaller than my midshaft and I'm wondering if I should just do the routine (jelqs included) or if I should only do the stretching (you've said yourself stretching increases base girth) or maybe lay off some of the jelqs until the base catches up. I am interested in only manual exercises because I'm not too experienced. I've also heard that length gains come easier if done before girth gains. Will my base girth catch up with these stretches? Should I just do the routine and smooth out the girth later? Could you help me out on this one?

Any downward stretching seems to increase base girth. Since the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] includes this you may see base girth gains from that. I would do the entire workout as many of the other things you are doing will also increase it.

Later on, if you want, you could try hanging, this is a sure fire way to increase base girth.

i've heard that exercises like the horse 440 can thicken up the base as well. are there any other manual exercises besides stretching that may do this? if so, how should i implement them into your first routine? what would be a good beginning regiment? (how many sets, how long do i hold, etc.) thanks again.
