That is the exact intention of the images, it is surgery and people need to be aware of that. In reality, a patient doesn't get to see any of that. My procedure was a spacial case that involved reconstruction. Most cases take about 3 - 3.5 hours to complete. I certainly wish I had gone with this surgeon from the get-go, I would be way better off. For most 3 hour cases it seems like a blink of an eye and it's done, and 100% pain free.
