Just a quick update,
Although I was absent from the forum for a while over Xmas and New year I still tried to do a little manual work when I could. Now things are back to normal and I have been able to jump back on the gain train by using my lenghtmaster! And I jumped straight back in where I left off,

Bundles 30 seconds clock wise and anti in all directions.

Movement stretches, 3 minutes all directions x3

Hands free chair stretch, 10 minutes.

As always I wrap after my stretches.

That was day one back with the lenghtmaster. The day after I decided to add an extra set of bundles but incorporating the movement stretch technique going from straight out and moving side to side whilst bundled for 3 minutes clockwise then doing the same bundled anti clockwise and then doing the same again but up and down. After doing this I noticed that my movement stretches felt different because the time I spent bundled seemed to of pre exhausted my cock .
I have also began to incorporate something I like to call Tugs in between each 3 minute workout . Basically I stretch out with the lenghtmaster straight out to my maximum stretch then slightly let up on tension until I feel everything being worked all the way through my shaft and deep into my groin before applying force again tugging your cock. I do this for 100 repetitions in each direction. You feel different intensities depending on the direction you are working.

I've been away from the forum for a couple of weeks with having repeated problems with my phone and as it's the only access I have to the net with privacy I have not been able to update my log.
Training has been on the slow side to be honest due to a heavy work load and little time to myself. I have had the occasional [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session but my lenghtmaster training has been very slow and non consistent.

So after a very long break I'm back !
I've had alot going on with family, work and the dreaded arm injury if mine to put me out of the game for a good 3 months.
In that time I've lost a little bit of my gains because I didn't cement them but I'm confident that as long as I can keep training consistently six days a week I'll soon get back what I have lost.
In the short time I have been back training I have been using the lenghtmaster which is my go to piece of equipment. My routine has been pretty much the same as I have used before with bundles and my movement stretches as well as two new stretches. One is an advanced and extremely powerful version of the mandingo type v stretch using the lenghtmaster( as close to the mandingo as possible that is) and the other is a fulcrum stretch based on the popular A stretch using the lenghtmaster. Both exercises require an additional piece of equipment to do them .
I will try to record a video tomorrow and add it here for anyone who might be interested.

It's been a while since I last posted so I thought I'd let those know who follow my log that I'm still around and training daily.
Things have changed for me regarding training as in how much time I have each day so I was forced into trying new things in order to keep things moving rather than giving up.
After making tremendous gains with the lenghtmaster and then stopping training before cementing due to a heavy work load and family issues , sadly lost alot of my gains.
However, things are now changing for the better and I'm back on the gain train using my new routine. With my new routine I have managed to gain back what I had lost in around two months of training six days a week and I intend on going way beyond my previous measurement which was just shy of 8inc bpfsl.
Some of you may want to know what it us that Im doing but I don't want to say just yet as I'm still testing it. One thing I will say is that I'm no longer using the lenghtmaster or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] due to time restraints.

I honestly hadn't realised just how long it's been since I last interacted on the forum! I would just like to let you know that I'm ok.
A lot has changed for me in the time I've been away , especially my mindset. I was once in a place where I wanted to gain so badly where as now , I'm very content with my size and I feel extremely good about where I'm at. I couldn't actually tell you what my current size is , as I've not measured for a very long time. All I know is , I'm happy , and my missez is happy! Sex is great , and I don't suffer from the dreaded performance anxiety that consumed me for so long!
Even though I'm very happy in the way I feel and see myself regarding my cock, I still have the odd [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] session and I do a little stretching every now and then.
I have had a nice break from PE but I am considering starting up with the routine I last used to see if I can improve upon my previous gain's. People who know me and who have tracked my logs, know me for my work with the lenghmaster. When I posted my last post , I pointed out that I no longer used it which is true. I began to take a different approach in my training because things had become stagnant and frustrating. I had made excellent gains in bpfsl with my previous routine, but not bpel. The difference between the two was huge! I had 1.5 inches of difference between the two which drove me mad.
My new approach to PE was very different, but very effective. Rather than train six days a week at high intensity, I reduced my training by half, but also changing what I did. I had been very interested in the chemical approach to PE , , but I didn't fancy trying to acquire the drugs and injecting them into my cock! I decided to take a different approach.
My idea came from the thought process that we heal , regardless of what it is , when we sleep. So I needed a way to expand my cock while sleeping. To me , the best way to expand the cock is by an erection. This has been proven time and time again by people with sickle cell. Prolonged erection can have a positive effect on penis size , hence the fascination with chem PE. I decided to take Viagra every night and only stretch three times a week. The nightly dose of Viagra gave me the most intense erections I have ever had, which lasted a very long time! I know this because after falling to sleep, I would wake a few hours at a time with a rock hard cock. I used this approach for two months solid , and I went from 6.5" bpel to just under 7.5" bpel! My nbpel went up by half an inch!!!
The only reason I stopped was because I became paranoid about the amount of Viagra I was talking. The gains I made had a massive effect on my mental state which contributed massively to me laying off PE altogether.
However, after such a long break, I've decided to give it another go to see if I can gain some more. As I stated earlier, I have no idea what my current length is, so the next thing I will do is take measurements and log them here. Those who know me , know I don't fuck about! I post videos of my measurements and I will continue to do so just to smack any naysayers smack in the face!

No not at all. The lenghmaster is an amazing piece of equipment and my bpfsl was slowly going up, but this did not convert to bpel. Erect stretching did very little to bridge the gap so I decided to try something different. At my point of training at such a high intensity with the lenghmaster and heavy hanging sessions, my gains slowed. This may seem backwards but that's what happened. Due to this , I needed to change things in a big way. I needed a way to bridge the gap between my bpfsl and bpel which is why I started my nightly Viagra routine combined with light stretching three times a week.

Thank you for your kind words . I'll always be around, just not as often as some. I really enjoyed doing the lenghmaster videos , and it's great to hear they are helping people out as that was my only reason for doing them. My whole experience with this forum has been a good one and I've grown in more ways than one because of it. As I stated in my return post , my mindset towards PE has chilled . I would still like to see if I can make some more gains but it's not a major priority like it once was. I will be trying my new approach to healing as I tried my best to explain in a previous post as it's had the biggest impact by far for my erect gains. I will however log my experience this time , so hopefully it will show positive results so other s can benefit from it also. After my initial experiment I was massively shocked as to just how much I had gained. I have a feeling that I might of stumbled onto something really big. Fingers crossed it wasn't a fluke.

It was a shock to me also. For me ,PE has always been about a bigger erection rather than flaccid size. When we lengthen our cock in a flaccid state we tend to think that it will automatically convert to erect gains , which isn't always the case. If flaccid gains automatically converted to erect gains , we would not have the need to perform erect stretching it [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] stretching. For me, the biggest frustration was not being able to bridge the huge gap between my bpfsl and my bpel. I hope now I have found a way to do that. If my method will work for me , it should also work for someone else. I will document my progress using my method for all to see.

So in my eyes what better way to get a stretched gap from flaccid to erect would be clamping it will increase your length slightly while clamped and also give you a good girth work out too. In my opinion once clamped kegel hard push deep into the base hold it there while kegeled and then clamp that notch once more while holding the clamp deep into base.

I've done all types of erect stretching chap, with and without Viagra , as well as clamped and with a serious hardcore kegal routine. You name it, I've done it haha. The way I gained massively , without even trying , was when I took Viagra at night before bed. My mindset was to take advantage of natural nocturnal erections, but enhance them with Viagra. In doing this , my erections where super hard and would last for hours at a time. All I can think ,is that the length of time erect and the amount of blood/ pressure inside my cock , caused it to deform and grow! It grew to the extent that I gained just under a inch in bpel in two months and half an inch in nbpel! On all the time I've been doing PE, never have I made anything like that sort of gain. The most I've made erect is a quarter of an inch hoing from 5 3/4 to 6". My last measurements before my Viagra experiment I was 6.5" bpel and after I was just under 7.5" bpel with a nbpel of 6.5"! I think that is a huge gain.

My erect size is also bigger than my flaccid size, but not my bone pressed flaccid stretched length. My bpfsl is 8" and my bpel was 6.5" before my Viagra experiment. A lot of guys do not have such a large gap between their bpfsl and bpel like I do. When we stretch , and increase our bpfsl it indicates what our erect length can reach , in most cases at least. For me though, this was not the case and I'm sure there are other men the same. This can be, and was for me , a very frustrating time. I have said many times before , that if I can bridge the gap , even by a little bit, I'd be a very happy man. I am hoping now that I have found the solution.
