Haha yeah as well as being camera shy! I have had a slight setback with the pictures and visiting the forum because my phone has been broken but it was fixed today so I will be back on the forum helping out and updating when I can.

This is something I have practiced for many years outside of PE. Visualisation is an excellent tool to success. I already see myself where I will be, my destination is set and I will reach it in due course 💪
 
Just a quick update,
Although I was absent from the forum for a while over Xmas and New year I still tried to do a little manual work when I could. Now things are back to normal and I have been able to jump back on the gain train by using my lenghtmaster! And I jumped straight back in where I left off,

Bundles 30 seconds clock wise and anti in all directions.

Movement stretches, 3 minutes all directions x3

Hands free chair stretch, 10 minutes.

As always I wrap after my stretches.

That was day one back with the lenghtmaster. The day after I decided to add an extra set of bundles but incorporating the movement stretch technique going from straight out and moving side to side whilst bundled for 3 minutes clockwise then doing the same bundled anti clockwise and then doing the same again but up and down. After doing this I noticed that my movement stretches felt different because the time I spent bundled seemed to of pre exhausted my cock .
I have also began to incorporate something I like to call Tugs in between each 3 minute workout . Basically I stretch out with the lenghtmaster straight out to my maximum stretch then slightly let up on tension until I feel everything being worked all the way through my shaft and deep into my groin before applying force again tugging your cock. I do this for 100 repetitions in each direction. You feel different intensities depending on the direction you are working.

It truly is. I look at manifestation in this way; I want something, I go on eBay and order it, I now know it is coming and I make room for it. This is proper manifestation in an analogy. Now lets us look at it from a negative point of view and this should hit home for everyone. We DO NOT desire something, go to Ebay and order it, doubt it is coming in and order it over and over, that is insanity but that is the nature of man.

In manifestation the steps are very simple.

1. Ask for it once
2. Pretend you have it to the point you believe you do
3. Allow it to happen

That is it, simple. These were skills we had as children that we lost in the sad intelligence of modern man!

I've been away from the forum for a couple of weeks with having repeated problems with my phone and as it's the only access I have to the net with privacy I have not been able to update my log.
Training has been on the slow side to be honest due to a heavy work load and little time to myself. I have had the occasional [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session but my lenghtmaster training has been very slow and non consistent.
That being said I have had time to take an an erect comparison pic next to a can of deodorant which I am aiming for in size. Below is a link to the picture.

So after a very long break I'm back !
I've had alot going on with family, work and the dreaded arm injury if mine to put me out of the game for a good 3 months.
In that time I've lost a little bit of my gains because I didn't cement them but I'm confident that as long as I can keep training consistently six days a week I'll soon get back what I have lost.
In the short time I have been back training I have been using the lenghtmaster which is my go to piece of equipment. My routine has been pretty much the same as I have used before with bundles and my movement stretches as well as two new stretches. One is an advanced and extremely powerful version of the mandingo type v stretch using the lenghtmaster( as close to the mandingo as possible that is) and the other is a fulcrum stretch based on the popular A stretch using the lenghtmaster. Both exercises require an additional piece of equipment to do them .
I will try to record a video tomorrow and add it here for anyone who might be interested.

lol, I think it was more like a 'last man standing' vs. any major gain breakthrough...but I'll take it. I'm hoping to take a solid BPEL measurement this week and will update my thread w/pic's, so wish me luck (8"+ is the goal and I'm not too concerned about girth).
