Hi all, I will be keeping a log here of my journey to gaining 1.5" in length and 1" in girth.

Current stats: 5.5" NBPEL x 4.5" MSEG
Goal: 7" NBPEL x 5.5" MSEG

As of right now, my routine will be:

Length
Warmup
5 minutes bundled stretches
10 minutes basic directional stretches
5 minutes BTC stretches

Girth
Warmup
5 minutes bundled stretches
15 minutes jelq
Cockring
(I see my GF on weekends, and I have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] that I like to use prior to sex. Will be using it probably 1-2x a week in place of this routine)

This will be my starting routine, and will evolve with time. Planning on doing length 5-6 days a week, and girth 4-5 days a week.

I will be measuring once per month, and I am looking forward to seeing those first gains:)

Welcome to the Brotherhood BDShots! Your routine looks good but I would make 2 additions to help you gain faster. Before your routine get in 5 to 10 minutes of Bundled Stretches, these will help pre-stretch your Tunica and allow for greater expansion and elongation. I also suggest you get in 5 minutes of erect stretches at least 3 times a week to help cement gains as you make them.

I decided to wait to start my routine until this week, as I was home last week for the Thanksgiving holiday and had little privacy. So I officially started yesterday, and will now be measuring the first of each month. So far so good.
 
Hey Dld, i know you have always done 7 days a week Pe. What do you think about starting lighter, with a 2 day on 1 day off routine for the first month? Do you believe this will hinder or slow the gains you make or make it more productive as you gradually up the intensity and less days off moving to a more progressive approach? Also, BDshots looking forward to seeing your gains as i just started as well so i am about where you are :)
 
You don't need to take it so cautiously but do watch out for overtraining. For me overtraining is when my eq is lackin so as long as you're always raging be always training :blush:. So if come that day off, and you're feeling very eager to train go ahead and do because it takes hours upon hours of training to gain big anyway. Every jelq, and stretch counts bruh

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
You can try using light days instead. Like taking 1 out of 3 days easier to help keep from overtraining. Honestly though, the ideal set up is finding a routine you can do 7 days a week and not take time off. As intense as possible without wrecking your eq. It ultimately comes down to personal preference, but if you're looking for the best option so far as results go, that's the way to go.

It will definetely slow down gains.Train 7 days a week is the best solution.If you want to start lighter,just turn down the intensity of the exercises.2 on 1 off is not that bad,but still train everyday > train with days off

Haven't posted on here for a while, so I thought I would give an update.

Shortly after my Thanksgiving break, I started in with finals studying and then went back home for winter break. I was either extremely busy or had little privacy during this time, but I was able to do length work probably 3x a week. Didn't really have the privacy required to be comfortable with girth work.

I am now back at school and have some privacy again. I've done the routine I posted above for five days in a row now, so it's a step in the right direction. I went ahead and measured length since I had some consistency there, and I've gained .25". It's not a lot, but certainly encouraging considering the small amount of privacy I had, and now I am able to get PE in each day. Will hopefully have some more good news in my next update and I hope to up the intensity a bit here soon.

I definitely agree DLD. I experienced some soreness here on the 5th day of girth work, so I am going to have to take a day or two off from the girth portion. I'm thinking as I go, I'll be able to make my girth routine an every day thing or a 6 on, 1 off.

Or you could train length first and make those gains and then concentrate on girth. There are many ways you can rock this. Some men will go with 5 on 2 off, some every other day, others no time off. You have to find what works best for you and I think you are doing this. Good work and I will keep on watching over you.
 
Your starting at my old size and I'm only .25" away from that 5.5". I'm 7x5.25 right now. My girth is already bigger but I'll wait to measure. That should let you know you can do it. I'll be watching your thread and good luck brother. Stay consistent and it'll be yours. Start adding in more time on your length work if you haven't already.

Thanks for the motivation guys, and runningignus, it's great to hear from someone who started at my size and is now right around my goal. That's extra motivation for me.

I have been finding it hard to balance school/social life/girlfriend/privacy with 3 roommates, but I am making some changes to my routine that should help me out. I have been trying to do girth at night, as during the day isn't an option, but social life/girlfriend usually has me busy then. So, I am now doing girth every morning with length at night. This was really a last resort, as I'm not a morning person and it will limit my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] time, but I've been doing it all week this week and it's gone better than I expected. So I will keep up with that.

My new routine is now:

Length -
2 min bundled stretches
2 minute basic stretches in each direction (total of 18 minutes)
2 minute BTC stretches w/ [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] afterwards

Girth -
6x6x2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session w/ cock ring afterwards.


This will be a 5 on 2 off routine, as I'm usually busy on the weekends. I think switching girth to morning and upping the routine intensity will really spur my gains. I'll measure again in one month after measuring yesterday, I gained another 1/16" in length and 1/8" in girth, and I'm confident I'll gain at least that in the next month if I'm able to keep up with the 5 on 2 off, which is quite a bit more than I've been able to do here recently.
