I registered here yesterday and decided to start my own progress thread because I will do anything that will keep me motivated!

My current size is (don't laugh):
flaccid length 10cm (4.13") and girth 9cm (3.55")
erect length 16cm (6.3") and girth 12cm (4.72")

Yeah, it is a bit small but thats why I am here! :D

I bought Andromedical [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I try to keep that on about 6-8h/day and I jelq 20min on a 2 days on/1 day off -schedule.

I will post my stats 1 month from now. Updates more frequently or course.

trying to lose fat at the same time so I figured, what the heck, let's report my training in fat lost also. My fastlost weight training program is from here: http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1140463

both are workign nicely so far, so I can recommend those!

18.7. Kept andromedical for 6h. I am still in the first phase so the tension is quite mild. Soon I will start adding those 0.5cm plates once a week to get more stretching. I also jelqed 10min. I figured I will start with 10min and increase it gradually to 20-30min. I felt really bumped and good after jelqs! first time I did those. Damn, they feel nice :)

In the gym I trained my biceps/triceps in the following:
giant set:
close gripp bench 3*8
barbell curl 3*8
tricep rope pulldown 3*12
rest 120s and 3 times that. So I did bench 8 rep, immediately curl 8rep, immediately pulldown 12 reps. then rested 120s and 2 more circuits.

after those I did this giant set. in the above there was 2 tricep movement and 1 bicep, now 2 bicep and 1 tricep:
close grip chip-up 3*8
dips 3*10
drag curl 3*10
120s

in the gym I did this 100 rep circuit. pretty hard!
100 reps squats (I only held the bar in my neck, no more weigths)
120s
100 reps standing DB press
120s
100 reps DB romanian deadlift
120s
100 reps seated cable rows

after that I was beat! :D I rested ~3 min and did this amazing abs workout called 8min abs. I was unable to perform it completely like it was supposed to because it is fucking HARD!! The workout can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xPtQqXUB14

20.7. I decided to always do some manual stretching before the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], so I did the basic stretches you can found from here and then 6h [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. No jelq today, rest day.

For my fat loss I did interval running training 20min. ALmost heard how the fat was burning off, LOL

btw my original goal was 6.3"/4.72" I would LOVE to be 8"/6". Those would be huge gains. Impossible??
 
I am starting fall in love to jelqing! I get very nice pump from it, specially from dry jelq. My eyes could be lying but I feel my dick is bigger already!! :D

Chin-ups or Pulldowns (palms up)
Rest 10s
Bentover DB or BB Rows
Rest 10s
BB or DB Upright Rows
Rest 90s and repeat 3 more times

Do that and I will promise you, you will puke!

25.7. 10min dry jelq + 6h enxteder + 10min wet jelq
in the gym I did some heavy weight training to biceps/triceps and then couple of supersets. Pumped up!

push-ups and rest 45s
leg extension and rest 30s and repeat these 3 exercises again

no pics but measurements. not very pleased with the results but a small improvement still :)

these are all NB (non bone) measurements btw.

start flaccid 10cm, now 10.5cm --> +0.5cm (0.2")
start erect 16cm, now 16.5cm --> +0.5cm (0.2")

girth is exactly the same!! (WTF!!)

well, program is still this:
