I've been reading more about the LG hanger and it sounds very promising for light-moderate weight (10-15 lbs.) but not for heavy weight (20-30+ lbs.) Anyone have any experience with it, especially in the 20-30 lb. range? Thanks.

Not up on this hanger. Maybe someone you has knowledge of the LG can chime in.

I think Kingsnake shared a video on YouTube of himself hanging over 20 with the LG. It's been on the market over 4 years now though and I'm pretty sure he's one of the few if any who have proven visually it can be done..... by himself anyway.

Blisters occur because you expose your glans to too much vacuum (HG). If you had a hand pump connected to your Max Vac, er I mean LG, you would be able to see the HG climb as you add weight.

I've gotten to over 18 lbs before. It was cool but I was investing hours a day to PE and now with it being summer I'm not willing to live like a recluse so I'm experimenting with a more compression based routine (multiple cable clamps, up to 6, TT or TTr and dynamic pumping where I'll go up to 20 mmhg for 20 seconds for 3-5 sets). In theory though the purpose of hanging is not to see how much weight you can attach to your dick but to actually grow your dick. Longer sets have more potential to cause this growth. Riding the fatigue was an attempt at this since you would hang 6 sets of 20 min sets and gradually reduce weight as the fatigue and skin soreness would make it impossible to hang at your highest weight. Here lately I've been incorporating more rest into my routine so when my tissues become too tough I take a break and when I come back lower levels of stress will work even better than if I just continued to push on without listening to my body and my measurements.

So I got enough money now and would be able to buy the LG Hanger. I wanted it all the time but now I changed my mind. It is still quite expensive and its reputation is not too good around here. So far I am hanging with a hanger from penis-hanger.de but it never really worked out. I get problems with foreskin fluid buildup and I can't really go above 3 kg = 6.6 lbs. Ordered mine today. All chambers are custom made so you have to give him specific measurements of the coronal ridge and the shaft just below the coronal ridge.
The blue sleeves are supposed to be part of the package but I can't find them on the package pictures. This time I didn't order any extras.

Would be interesting to see if they are actually custom made or just made in a few sizes. I highly doubt they are as specialized as a custom [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words], but I could be wrong. I have humored the idea of buying the cheapest setup of theirs to satisfy my own curiosity.
After some time I had the same thoughts. It takes them up to 10 days to manufacture the chamber but if they send it much earlier, then I would think they just have different sizes to choose from.

Hate? I'm just offering skepticism based on what I've read/ heard and know of other vacuum hangers to include my personal experience with the Max Vac hanger, which this hanger is based on. Like I said above, I could be wrong and may buy one to satisfy my own curiosity. That's not hate.

Anyway it is getting serious now. I had to sprint to catch the post office man after he already passed at my appartment but here we go. Ordered on the 4th of July. Shipping was like 6 days but customs clearance almost took another week. However they only charged me 18.65 Euro which is something above 20 dollars.
