This shit is the latest and greatest thing in bodybuilding... if not now then it definitely be in the near future.

For those that don't know what this is... it is a method for blocking myostatin in the human body (or any mammal for that matter). Myostatin is a limiter for muscle size. In other words, myostatin's purpose is to control and limit how big one can get even with the right diet, exercize, and GH/AAS. By blocking mystatin, you can actually unlock your potential to get HUUUGE. There have been alot of studies done on mice. In these studies, mice were prescribes a myostatin anti-body and given the same diet and exercize as normal mice, the test mice grew to almost twice as big as the normal mice (see pics). There are also naturally occurring examples of mutations of the myostatin gene. Belgian Blue cattle have a less active form of the gene and are said to be 'double-muscled' (see pic). We currently do not know what the upper limits of how much gains can be had with increased doses of this compound.

This Myostatin anti-body is actually available now but is a little out of the price range for alot of people. I will be getting some soon and try it out myself once i find out the dosing scheme and the best method of application (IM, Sub-C, oral, dermal).

Here's an article of the baby that was born without mystatin...

Hey sikdog, where is this stuff available. I am very interested in this stuff i was doing powerlifting before, do you have any links to where this stuff is available and what is the price like. :)

Yeah, I've heard of this. Some pro BBers have a myostatin mutation by default, enabling them to grow to monstrous proportions with less AAS or perhaps none at all. Flex Wheeler is one such guy who comes to mind immediately.

I've also heard that the myostatin blocker works great in theory (and in lab tests conducted on mice or rats), but it is next to worthless in real life. I don't remember the exact reason why it supposedly doesn't work, but such is the info I've gotten from several different sources.

I don't believe that Flex has the mutant gene. If he did, he wouldn't need to workout and use gear to get as big as he is today. And if he did, he should make Coleman look like mini-me. Look at the pics of the baby with the mutation, he's got twice as much muscle as any baby at his age. The absence of myostatin WILL make you big even if you don't workout. I and alot of other people believe that the whole Flex Wheeler deal with myostatin was just a cover up to explain his involvement with Balco.

Up to now, all the myostatin hype ahas just been theory, that is changing... and sooner than you think. It definitely works in mice, cattle, and the baby proves that is also works in humans. The best part is that the baby also proves that it won't grow your heart and other internal organs (smooth muscle) as some have theorized in the past.

Currently it is available from two sources: L.I.F.E Research and BioVendor

Think of it like this.... would you rather be a normal cow, looking all normal... or THAT cow? I would take normal anyday, I forgot the name of the movie, but it might have been extraordinary league of gentlemen or something, this one dude takes this potion and gets freakishly huge, and so does this other guy takes TON and gets ginormous.. both disgusting... If you wanna be hella strong do it, only problem I see is getting the oxygen to the muscles.. Itd be hard on your heart and respiratory system.

Good luck, whatever you decide to do.

Just because you don't like the freakishly huge builds doesn't mean that everybody feels that way... this is actually a safer/healthier way of getting huge when compared with steroids. Can't you see the potential this has on athletics and sports science across the board???

No different than how pro bodybuilders get blood to their muscles... it's not hard on their hearts so i don't forsee this as a problem. As they get bigger, the body naturally prduces more blood cells to facilitate oxygen tranfsfer to the tissues. The only difference between getting big the old fashioned way and thru this means is time. Not to mention the elimination of health risks associated with taking steroids...

This is actually better than being born without the myostatin gene as you are able to control how much mass you want to put on your frame. When you stop taking the anti-body, the rapid growth also stops. It has been speculated by those in the know, that a moderate dose of this anti-body can yield 30lbs of lean mass in 2-3 month's time. Taking higher doses does in fact increase the gains proportionately and as i mentioned in my first post, no one knows what the upper limit of dosing is to yield maximum gains so as far as what we know, the more you take the bigger you get. The only real concern at this time is long term sides, and the monetary cost of running a cycle. I can't even imagine what one can expect if they run this with HGH, high doses of test, and IGF-1...

Bro, Myoslim is pretty much crap. It's the same as all those pills that claim to increase GH, but do absolutely nothing. There's just no way that you can take a pill to block myostatin just like you can't take a pill to increase GH. The myostatin anti-body and GH are peptides, the acids in your stomach would break them down pretty quickly.

Anything Human Growth Hormone oriented, in the realm of in anyway, that ISNT injected... is crap, and even some of the injected stuff keep an eye out for. HGH works, just not everyone is selling real forms of HGH.

Probably true this is safer than roids, just from looking at it, unless there are health risks I dont know of, it seems much safer in fact.

You KNOW someone who is rich or just, someone somehow, will get ahold of and use a lot and look like a big freak lol. Man I wanna see the .jpg all over the net of him NOW! =D Anyhow im out!

IIRC, the reason a lot of people doubted the Flex Wheeler Myostatin mutant claim was exactly what you say and specifically that he had some letter or some kind of supposed legal document that was signed by Victor Conte himself or some weird shit.

And as you say when Flex stopped taking roids he shrunk and he could never get back to form as a natural BB.

How much do you have to take?
Typical dose is .20-.30mcg per kg of bodyweight split into two shots everyday. At my bodyweight of 190lbs, i would be taking ~15mcg twice a day. At that dosing scheme, 1mg should last 38 days.

And what if I inject myoslim?
prolly jack shit...

I haven't really followed up on the Flex Wheeler thing. I heard of his alleged mutation a long time ago, but it seems like his claim has been disproven. If the guy hasn't been able to maintain any decent size without steroids, then he is probably full of it.
Be as it may, he has an admirable symmetry to his frame; with or without the myostatin mutation.

Anyway, if this is really all it's cracked up to be, then it will be most interesting to follow your progress and see what kind of results you can obtain, sikdogg.
Keep us posted.

Once you are done using the anti-myostatin, and you have the obese-with-muscle frame you want, will it go down if you stop taking the stuff? Do you need to continue to take the stuff to keep size?

How much you keep of your gains will depend on diet and exercize... myostatin doesn't make you smaller, it just throttles down your rate of growth. Also, the gains are lean muscle gains so yea they should be very keepable.

Shafty, i agree and i think most will also regarding Flex's symmetry. He is definitely gifted in that sense...

I plan on getting some as soon as finances allow, it just so happens that i placed an order for GH and gear just before i found out about the dosing scheme so i'll have to put it off a couple of months.

Good question... i don't know.

My workout goals have never been about strength or size for that matter although both are nice to have. I've always gone after symmetry and proportion, in other words... appearance. At 38 years old, I don't want to be the biggest guy or the strongest... i just want to look that way.
