Barely 18 6' 2" 190lbs, easily muscle up if I get dedicated, slim build, my main muscles are quads cuz soccer/running. I think this shit would make me a beast... maybe more than I would like. 220 would be a nice size, get to 500 squat, 400 flat bench, and then cut up and do plyometics/sprint-increasing-stuff.... thatd be one beast of a soccer player.... lol might do rugby then! =D
