Are you applying the obvious concepts to maximize Penis Enlargement gains? Read on and learn more about my theory in the application of tissue damage indicators as a measure of Penis Enlargement success.

Have you ever noticed that when you have an injury to any part of your body it gets hot and swells? The blood flow to that area increases and the body begins the healing process almost immediately after the injury. Break a bone and watch the tissue in that area swell and get much warmer than surrounding tissues. Pull a muscle and you see the same. Get hit in the head and you get a knot. This all seems very obvious, doesn't it?

So, how can we apply this to Penis Enlargement? Well, if you are not seeing the suttle signs of swelling and more heat to the area, then you may well be going to easy. If you are seeing an excess of these signs then you are likely too intense with your Penis Enlargement routine. I suggest each of you pay real close attention to this simple anatomical feedback to guide you in gauging your intensity level along with the usual pain indicators. After I hang at 42 pounds, my penis gets really warm for the rest of the day. This controlled damage is causing this reaction and this allows me to gain at a fast rate. Pay attention guys!

Yes, Five 1 gallon jugs of water and a small weight. I am moving up to 45 pounds next week. When I come out of the hanger I absolutely get a rush of fluid to my penis and I hang bigger than ever in the flacid state. My wife has commented that seem much bigger to here. She has no idea that I do Penis Enlargement. I haven't measured in 3 months but my penis looking and feeling longer and thicker.

Well I'm fairly new to Penis Enlargement, but I don't think I would hang anyway. My goals are fairly modest - I'm 7.0BPenis EnlargementL x 5.125EG now and I'll be happy with 7+ NBP x 5.5-5.75EG. I think I can make these gains with just natural Penis Enlargement without hanging or pumping (hopefully without clamping, too).

How the heck are you hanging without your wife knowing about it? And what have you told your wife about all the gains you've made? Does she think it's growing naturally? Does she seem to enjoy it more?
 
i have always worried am i going to easy on the stretching...cuz i never feel it burn...i will start monitoring how i feel during and after...if it is not intense enough..do you have any suggestions?
 
What if you get damage to an area other than that which you are targeting though?

If skin is inflamed would you let the tunica rest?

Well, I do the hardcore hanging because I do not have a lot of time and because I need the intensity. You might consider hanging??

I think if you over do it and see the signs in ANY area you should give it a break and heal. Please take care!

i have thought about hanging...was going to make me a captn wench...can't afford bib hanger...rent, school, and a kid is making sure of that...i was thinking more of manual stretches for a while...but i guess if i feel like i am not getting a good stretch then what's the point

I don't know about that really. DLD didn't hang until recently and he is practically a walking dick. rofl
 
Hey Dash, I hang at 32.5 pounds right now. What I do is keep upping the minutes I can hang before serious fatigue sets in each day till I hit 30 minutes. After this, I follow up with manual stretching.

I am sort of on a break from hanging at the moment because my lot is really low (usually pretty high) and my girth workouts and erections in general are kinda mediocre after hanging. Also, the head can only take so much bruising which seems unavoidable at that amount of weight. I don't bruise much anymore, but it does add up.

The other reason I am on a break from hanging is I am trying something new and I am just not getting any good results lately, probably from doing Penis Enlargement straight for a year and getting good gains, but developing a super tough penis that is stubborn to tissue warping that needs to loosen up a bit.

So I am mostly just doing girth right now with manual erect stretches and bends while clamped.

What I would like to know is what have your gains been like since you started hanging with a lot more weight. I know I never got any ligament gaining till I started hanging (most of my length work had been manual stretching that focused mostly on the tunica up till then), but for quite some time I don't get that stretching feeling I used to get where you could actually feel the stretch of the ligaments. So I am wondering if there is just very little elasticity in my ligs anymore and therefore they need a break.

I mean, I could probably go up to 45 pounds or so, but the question is do I want to and would I see any results from that if indeed there is a weight plateau at which adding additional weight will not yield any significant results in the lengthening of the tissues.
