I dont think living in a poor third-world has that much to do with it. Because if that were true, then the Blacks are Bigger myth would be debunked because there almost all of the countries in Africa are poor third-world countries. This I have to agree with. All the japanese adult entertainment I have watched had guys will shockingly small penises. Maybe it's some kind of weird ass fetish.
I had two Japanese friends who had amazingly small penises so I don't know if the adult entertainment translates into the average size of Japanese people's penises. (FYI, I'm not an asshole and never made fun of them)

Yes, I'm half white or should I say 1/3 british, irish, korean or whatever ish you want to call me. I look asian but don't look asian at the same time which is kind of hard to explain.
I kind of have Chris Cornell's face with a wider nose and same size eyes except that they are sharper (it's that exotic look).
I guess you can tell I'm part asian but can also recognize me as white with a tanned skin tone so I guess it's all in the eyes.
