I use the vacuum hanger as my ADS . I can keep it on for 8 hrs straight no problems .

Its hard to tell because it’s a bungee cord that’s attached to the vacuum cup going to a Velcro strap on my leg . You can increase the intensity or decrease I would say the least amount of pressure I feel would be the equivalent of two pounds and the most 7 lbs. I’m usually hang up to 18 lbs for a work out

I have noticed a difference in my flaccid hang especially after taking the PF off in the evening. It is an expensive piece but it is worth the money, IMHO
