MOS I need a little bit of advice from you guys. I've tried everything from manual girth exercises to clamping and have gained more length than girth from the girth exercises. Man I'm starting to get depressed because i see dudes making solid gains with similar routines that I was doing. All of this was preceded and followed up by a ten minute heating session. IDK what's going on. Im on a decon break from length and girth until the fifteenth of february.
