MOS I need a little bit of advice from you guys. I've tried everything from manual girth exercises to clamping and have gained more length than girth from the girth exercises. Man I'm starting to get depressed because i see dudes making solid gains with similar routines that I was doing. My last routine included 500 wet jelqs, Ten DLD Compression Squeezes to failure, and i would try to do some Uli's or DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s to close up my session. All of this was preceded and followed up by a ten minute heating session. IDK what's going on. Im on a decon break from length and girth until the fifteenth of february. You've made some real solid gains..for that I commend you. I had a girth gain problem too for a while. I figured that my tunica was getting way to tough from all the high EL jelqing. The side chambers were rock hard even when not completely erect. So I started going for expansion throughout the day. Since this brilliant tip from King Snake my side chambers are more pliable and able to be manipulated under normal pressures. Clamped erect bends have also been very beneficial in upping the expansion past it's normal size. I can only speak for myself but this seems to be what's going to get me to my next goal.
 
Try Slow Squash Jelqs alone. I think you may have greater success in girth work using this exercise. Out of all of the girth exercises that are available [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] give me the best expansion and they are a pleasure to do.

DLD I have no problem doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s but I do have a little bit of a clarity question. you said [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s alone does that mean no jelqing as a warm up or as a cool down? And when performing a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] should the hand at the glans be exerting pressure towards the body or towards the floor so to speak? I always wondered if i was performing this exercise wrong.

You really do not need to warm up unless it benefits you...I warm up by taking it easy for the first few minutes. Yes, the hand at the glans should be giving steady pressure against the hand that is pushing up. It is this dual-compression that makes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] so freaking effective.
 
Maybe its just me but no matter what routine I use it only cements if I jelq. It is recommended to jelq after hanging do u think I should hang and immediately follow that up with girth work? I'm just trying to get this right this go around. Or do you think it would be best to let the tissue relax?

DLD these [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s give me .5 inch expansion on top of the expansion from the ICS and jelqing. I honestly think Ill cement almost .4" off this routine going to stay in it a little longer than before. Heading out for two months on one routine. Just increasing time as I go.
