Hello,
Ill start with i decided to try the All Day Clamping procedure for the last 8 weeks coupled with using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] at night or in morning and taking weekends off, i have thus far gained .25" in girth in the eight weeks at this and wondering if its just too much training, am I over training? possibly, anyway also gained about the that in length too which im not that impressed with either>:(, my ADC routine has been tho kinda light so i can keep it on during work so im not getting my penis purple by any means but it feels like a great heavy flacid hang, i do like the way it feels, i cant seem to wear a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and work at all so i thought i would try the clamp and it is very easy and comfortable....as long as it yeilds results, but thus far they have been minor, in my opinion anyway. but still enjoy the ADC very much. any thoughts would be great for i have only been at this for bout a year. ?:(

Started at 6.25" BPEL
Started at 4.85" girth
current 7.15 BPEL
Current 5.35 girth
 
How is your erection quality? If good, you are likely not over training. If you have a hard girth vs 'squishy', good job so far! Girth gains are hard to judge as definite until you take a couple weeks off.
 
I can't handle more than an hour of 'real' clamping. Hopefully ill move onto two sets daily.
 
Why do men clamp when it can cause discoloration and thrombosis? I just can't get my head around this.

My erection quality suffered so I am taking a week off of it, but I never clamp to cause discoloration dld, not sure what the other is symptom is, I do enjoy the way the penis feels after a day of ADC though, I may change course alittle in the future but for now im enjoying how I feel from it.
 
Thrombosis is hardening of the veins. It feels like hard worms on your penis, I had slightly gotten some from clamping everyday but I stayed with 3 sets and some jelqing. I didn't really warm up or anything. It was my foolishness. I did clear it up though. You seem to be good so keep an eye on anything that happens. The gains you made are great for only clamping. You seem to gain length easier than girth. Girth is harder anyways. Getting impatient worsen things man. Don't stop until you stop gaining, then start something new. No sense in stopping what works for right now.

Just be careful, thrombosis and discoloration are the dangers I speak of. Some men can handle much more than others, like yourself.

The Reasons are Discoloration, Bruising, Thrombosis, undue bleeding, etc. But as i have said, it is something men do here so I support that by having a Clamping section. Sometimes it is not about what I want but what you want.

A Clamp is actually a good cock ring if you do not have one.
