How many competitions are going on the forum now?
 
Wrapping up week 1, have hit everyday as the workout prescribes, minus last night only was able to get in one set. Fatigue has been fantastic and accompanied with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], it's almost like I can feel the growth. Tomorrow starts week 2, and upping the game with 4 sets. I had to shoot my pictures to DLD for them to be uploaded, so those should be on when he gets a chance.
 
Also, what are the best approaches for hitting different angles? I get the over the shoulder once I get there, what others?

Every angle possible. Think of hitting all the numbers on a clock. You can even go in a clock wise or counterclock wise manner just to hit every angle in order. Then stretch out in front by attaching it somewhere to pull on your dick. Behind your butt. Every angle you can think of.
 
I was speaking more on the hanging side, like having the hanging device sling over my leg hitting side angles, even at a lighter weight it's digging, could only imagine hitting 10+ lbs.

Check out the thread in my signature for this. I know 10 lbs seems like a lot of weight now, but your resistance will increase pretty quickly at least at the beginning and you will require more weight to maintain the same level of intensity.

Yeah rocky's got a hard hitting exercise! My rule still applies. Just be creative.
 
So starting week 2, and as I'm gauging myself and my dick, I'm wanting more fatigue, as I can feel like I can go a little more. Read a few threads that state the obvious, 10+ hours in the hanger show significant results. So I'm going to modify my routine a bit, starting today I'm shooting for 5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words], at least 6 days a week, if I hit 7 good on me. Although it has only been a week, I have just added an 1/8" rod to my quick extended pro! I've been sleeping in a wrap every night, and each day I wake up around .25-.5" above my normal NBPFL. Things are going great and am so thankful for the creator of male hanger. Hopefully the measurements at 30 days will show some payoff! Things going well!

Yeah 10 hours a day, you must be hanging at a ridiculously low weight to be able to do that. The 5x20 sounds reasonable and you will definitely get results with that, but keep in mind theres various ways to go about hanging. You could possibly go even a bit heavier and do less sets, and still get good results.
