Hopefully this will help guys understand the risk and rewards of hanging,but i can't wait to i hit 100 pounds bundled it is gonna be awesome.

Do it standing and then post a video ;) Doing it like you did in this video, you're benefiting from 'drag' with your penis and hanger on the chair. Simple physics. Not really a full 50lbs of resistance. Don't get me wrong bro, it's still impressive and far more than I've YET to hang. You still get a thumbs up, but I'll be more impressed if you can hang it standing or with your penis/hanger free hanging. Just some brotherly, tough love.

I do agree with you,I will do it standing up and then post,It's going to be tricky holding it in the bundle position,But you know i do hang all the way at the end of the chair once i adjust,I only drag for the first couple of minutes and then full on all the way to the end of the chair,I thought about this some months ago and i will tell ya when your not dragging its more intense.By the way SWM i will make a video on how i go from the drag position in to full lig pull at the end of the chair and then into standing position just to prove i got the balls to do it.BTW thanks for the challenge its always good to get an experts hangers opinion.

I can't see myself hanging, you'll get major propz from me for attempting even light weights. I do have to do some research on proper technique, but this is the first exposure I have had to hanging. videos on here are so sketchy it hurts. ha. how can we tell that the second you moved the camera someone didnt reach around you and hold the rope as you lowered off the end of the chair? if i filmed this is exact same video i could have a 300 POUND KETTLE BELL HANG OMFGERZ!!!!! video, with a dude behind me holding the weight? and i agree with SWM. at least bring the camera back so we can see your hanging the 50 lbs. ive always been confused by this as well. bib himself and about every other post ive ever read on hanging agrees slow and steady to deform tissues. then find a good weight that works best and stick with it as long as possible. remember its not a weight lifting competition? ive heard this thousands of times over and over and over. so why are you trying to hang a mini house off your dick. and again people say over and over rushing up in weight too quickly will result in making the ligs tough as steel from what ive read all over this and bibs forums and thunders.
 
and let me apologize im not trying to be bitter im just trying to balance bodybuilding a 60-70 hours a week job and hanging myself. and when people say theiy can provide with manual stretching the same force as hanging consistently i call bs. if you stretch as hard as you can id say you can hold about what i feel hanging 10 lbs of pressure for maybe 10 seconds. when i can throw my bib on and be hanging 10 bs for a consistent 20 minutes at a time. im currently hanging 3 sets a day 5 lbs each set for 20 minutes with 10 minute breaks between sets. its only my first week though. ive never given hanging a real chance always quitting at about 2 weeks. ia bought a fastsize back in 2007 used it for about 100 hours and only noticed better erections. even though ive never seen any other results than that i still believe hanging at around 10-20 lbs from my thousands of hours of reading on Penis Enlargement is the most prime weight for guys to gain length at. i joined this forum and paid with my hard earned money to finally dedicate myself. im giving it 3-4 months working my way up to about 12-20 lbs and doing very little manual stretching. if i dont gain anything noticebale measuring over 3 days doing everything i can to get as hard as possible im basically going to discredit Penis Enlargement as a whole or at least write myself off from being able to. thats plenty of time and plenty of weight to be gaining. i cant stand when people say well everyones different i find it awfully hard to believe putting in 3 to 4...20 minute sets a day 7 days a week for 3-4 months would provide no measurable results.
 
easy man, he wrote about why he does this plenty of times.
It's an impressive feat and there's no reason to call him a cheater and insult him.
