I've been Penis Enlargementing for about 5 months. For the last 4 months or so I've been doing the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretches almost every day along with roughly 4-6 "pee pulls" straight down of about 30 seconds each over the course of the day. I've only been doing a few jelqes (perhaps 100 per day, occasionaly more). I'm mostly trying for length gains to start, but a little girth wouldn't hurt. I do some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] stretching for a couple hours twice a week or so when I get a chance, and I've done a few rounds with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but nothing consistent.

I'm not sure how accurately I've been measuring, but I've gained something like .1 - .2 inches in length since I started. I think most of this was during the first 2 months or so on the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. My flacid stretch seems to have increased about .5 inches, and my flacid size seems to have increased a little. But, I don't think I've gained in erect length in over a month.

Any suggestions on modifying my routine? I realize this takes awhile, but I'd like to try to get some faster gains if possible. Would more consistent jelqing in addition to the stretching help with the length gains? I have consistent lig soreness, but I haven't made any measurable gains in length lately.

If I've only gained .1 inch in 5 months, it's going to take about 4 years to gain an inch, assuming the gains don't slow down even more. I'm not sure I have that much patience!
 
Add more intensity to your stretches and try doing other stretches...(a-stretch, blasters, dual fulcrum...etc.)

Jelq for 20+ minutes daily and do a couple of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

I never did do the full routine (including 600 jelqes per day) consistently. I've been doing 100 or so jelqes fairly consistently since I started doing the newbie stretch routine. Due to time constraints and the fact I'm primarily looking for length gains, I decided to focus on the stretches. I added the occasional Sizemaster stretches on weekends when I have more time, but this is in addition to the newbie stretches.

In other words, I don't think I gained at all the first month (I was doing the other discussion site [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for the 1st month), then I made some modest length gains the first 2 months or so after that when I switched to the DLD newbie stretch routine. I've continued to do it, but without much in the way of gains for the past 2 months.

I stretch as hard as I can using the straight pulls, but I can only grip about so hard. At first the lig pain was the limiting factor on how hard I could pull, but now I've reached the limit on how strong I can grip (even using rosin sports grip powder).
 
For what it's worth, my Loss Of Tug (LOT) is a little below horizontal, about 8 pm or so. I don't think this has changed much, if at all, since I started.
 
The more you put into a routine the more you get out of it. So if you have gained with such a simple routine then think about how if you really stepped up to a full on penis enlarging workout you could be doubling and tripling those gains in just months.

It's been awhile since I looked at the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], so I went back and looked again and realized I've only been doing an abreviated version of the stretches:

3 sets of 30 seconds each of:

straight down, down left, down right;
Straight up, up left, up right;
straight out
30 rotary cranks

I'm going to ramp up to the full DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for awhile and see what happens.

Perfect, what helps me is if I just think about the intensity of every stretch. I just concentrate on how hard I am pulling with each stretch then you can really feel it when fatigue hits the ligaments. That is where you make your gains.:)
