I've done basic stretches , but recently started doing bundles & Mandingo stretch trying to hold for as long as possible..... Gonna try the squat behind the cheek stretches for 5 minutes in each 20/25 minute sessions , 2 sessions a day..... Jo

Alright when I started doing mandingo and bundles, I started doing the mandingo stretch for 5 minutes before doing any other exercise just to really get the stretch. I then bumped it to 10 minutes after like a month. I'd say keep doing mandingo and bundles but also include erect stretching in there. BTC will definitely help you as well. Something you may want to consider is the force of gravity. So if you're doing stretching to the left and right you might want to have gravity help you with force so you can lay on your side and stretch in the direction of gravity to get a better stretch. Just an idea. Continue your current routine for 2-3 months, see if you've gained. Make sure to always measure BPEL and BPFSL. I highly highly highly encourage you to measure BPFSL because if you've gained lets say 0.5" in BPFSL it's an indicator that you have potential gains.

For example when I was doing PE I had a BPEL of 6.5" at some time and 6.5" BPFSL but then after a while of doing my routine I went up to 7" BPFSL but my BPEL remained at 6.5". So what I did as many recommend here to close the gap and make my 6.5" BPEL into 7" BPEL was to do erect stretching and then i eventually matched my BPEL to my BPFSL to 7" by doing erect stretching or inner penis stretching. It's a critical part of PE to keep in mind when wanting to see progress.

That's what happen to me. I stopped warming up and I still don't. If anything I just shower before I start doing PE if i feel like it.
 
I've done PE-training both with and without warming up for a 3-month period at a time to see what the difference is. I found for myself, when warming up properly, which only takes 5-10 minutes. I get a better stretch and a better result(gain) in a shorter amount of time. IMO, warming-up is crucial to any physical endeavor whether its PE, sports, singing, dancing, and so...
...it's loosens the issues to have more give and less resistance to when excessive stress/pressure applied. In turn, a more consistent and better performance each time you PE-train.
 
true that warming up is key allows me to stretch the penis in a more powerful way and not being worried about getting hurt...the last two three days i have jut grabbed the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and startted stretching but i have to be really cautious...

learning to start slow and increase the intensity...:cool: I do have fun stretching whit no warming up but i really check the strenght i apply while stretching.

Oh it's definitely beneficial, I'm just lazy as fuck. I need to start warming up again :/

Yeah, most people neglect warming up after awhile because they want to immediately start training...
...even when I do my exercises (weight-training), I do warm-up sets; I end up lifting more (poundage) when I properly do it.

Yeah Ima try to warm up as much as possible even if i dont warm down. And some exciting news for me :) I measured just now and my BPFSL is 7.875" that means i just need to close the gap :D I'm so close to 8" BPFSL i want to close the gap right now so my BPEL reaches 8". I try erect stretching but it's not closing the gap anymore, should i just increase the time or what else should i do?
 
First day on my new journey to 8.75" in 3 months done. 2x15 minute intense manual stretching sessions , bundles , mandigo an basic stretches also. Gonna add some squat behind the cheek stretches tomorrow... Will update every week guys.

I don't think it's necessary to "warm-down", just keep it elongated for the recovery process using whatever method of your choice. The Gap will close in time, try not to get overzealous and fixated on it. At this stage it's more about the focus on the process and not the goal.

Agree with warming up... In your experience what is a proper warm up?
 
I warm-up in the shower w/bundles, (while stretching in all directions) and then my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] routine...all done under hot water in the shower.

Of course I'm focused on the process. I give it my all every time i train. It's all I'm thinking about but feeling excited isn't bad because it motivates me more, pushes me further to make each stretch more intense.

2nd day , 2x20 minute intense stretching sessions.... Included BTC this time along with bundles, mandigo stretch & A&V stretches , behind the cheek stretches are very intense an think they will work wonders in helping towards my gains... Will keep everyone up to date👌

Yesterday was my 3rd day I did 2X15 minute intense stretching sessions, such as a&v , BTC, & mandigo and bundle stretches am gonna go for 2X20/25 minute sessions today 👌, am using baby powder so I can get a real good stretch & focusing mostly on the tunica with alot of upward stretching.... I think I might add jelqing while flaccid for length an take kyomotos advice.

Great. Make sure to use a safe oil on the penis or lube for jelqing. You can also jelq in the shower with the water so theres no [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. flaccid jelqing was what actually helped me gain my first quarter inch so it'll be a good supplement for length.

Thanks bro as always 👊 am thinking 300/600 each session or maybe I should just do it for a time limit instead like 10/20minutes.... 100% flaccid while jelqing for length ?

I personally wouldn't count reps. It's just super boring, well at least to me. What I did was just put a playlist of songs that I knew added up to 15 minutes and just jelqed at a good pace.

Exactly the same for me when I used to jelq when I first started I got bored counting so I think I will definitely do that with a playlist.

Yeah or you can watch videos that surpass 20 minutes or some shit. Just gotta find a way to do things that don't bore you. I watch videos when I do my sessions.

Here's what I do. After I shower and my penis is warmed up I head to my room and I have a tab on youtube. Usually I already have 2-3 videos (depending how long they are to fulfill my session) on reserve to watch while I do PE. They're not the same video, they're constant new videos from who I subscribe to(Usually a funny entertaining gaming channel or something). Each video I watch is like 20mins- 1 hour long. Since I do my stretches 10 minutes each now in each direction I'll just hold with as much force as possible to the left for 10 minutes while watching the video in fullscreen and to keep track of the video I just hover my mouse over the pause or play button but leave it there so I can see the time pass so that I know when to move onto the next exercise.

If I do my session in the shower I'll put a playlist of music to listen to while i shower and do PE. The key is not being bored. After 6 months of beginner gains and PE you get bored so thats what I do nowadays.

I gained it just recently. I haven't gained in soo long. After month 11 of my progress, this month would be month 20 to put things in perspective. I haven't gained in around 9 months or so ever since I hit 2". I just now need to close the gap of BPEL to my BPFSL. And this recent gain took me I would say realistcally 0.2" in BPFSL about 5 months. Because 4 months before that I had took a break for experimentation.

Just an update I've been sticking to 30/40 mins intense stretching daily , A & V, bundles, mandigo stretch , 2x 15/20 minute sessions. I have had 2 days rest since I started my new routine an happy to say am 8"BPEL maybe slightly over 👌 gonna stick to my routine see if I can gain an inch in 3 months..... Will update when I can guys 👊

Currently doing 30/40 minutes intense stretching sessions , A&V , bundles , mandigo, BTC, am also adding erect stretching here an there. Nearly 3 weeks in now , to be honest am excited for the journey ahead.....

Gonna stick with this routine, although I will be adding more time every week or so.
