How to increase base girth?

I realized today my dick is very much baseball bat shaped.

My base girth is 5 inches and my midshaft and head are 5.5 inches. I think i read reverse direction jelqs helped but i tried that and it felt like nothing was happening. My base didn't swell like your head does on a normal direction jelq.

Yeah if anyone has a solution or a routine to follow to increase base girth i'd really appreciate that.

It's probably the cheapest way. I made one for under $20. Bib hanger is better from what I've read.
