Hey guys with bloodspots, if their there does that mean you had a good workout? How long till they go away? Thx :)

Yeh I think I was gripping to tight because my skin is tender aswell. But that's because my hands kept slipping off :(,, thx for ya help
 
It depends on what you mean by blood spots. Small dots along the shaft is usually nothing to worry about, it's not a negative indicator. Anything larger than about 1/16" and you pushed too far, gripped to tightly or something to that effect. Should this happen take a short break and allow the capillaries and veins to heal completely. If you Penis Enlargement again too soon you'll just put pressure on weakened structures and that can become a problem long term. not a problem as in "holy shit, I have ED", but a problem where just about any jelqing or girth work cause large blood spots. I've been there and made that mistake, both when pumping and later when doing manual girth work, and it's left me unable to do anything but standard jelqs and clamping. If I even think about trying something like a ULI I'll have a sizeable blood spot somewhere on the shaft and it looks like crap (although they're fairly easy to get rid of depending on the size) and it will effectively halt Penis Enlargement work for quite some time.

Best answer. The famous red blood spot happens mostly to newbies and they tend to get scared. But I don't think it is anything to worry about. It's not life threatening in any way.

I do PE for years and still have spots every now and then. Especially after a good intense work out. Not really something to worry about.

I remember you are over 6.5 inches in girth. Have you gotten to 7 inches girth yet?
 
wow, you remembered well! I am now at 16.8cm in the middle which is around 6.6. Have tried SSJ for last 2 months to get to 7 but SSJ does not do the trick for me. I'vestarted doing clamping with a lace, 5 minutes + 5 minutes warm water pumping and since my girth at the top has gone from 15.7 to now 16.2 (6.4"). I do both for 5 minutes and in total around 1 hour per day, 5 days a week.

I find it difficult to get to the next level sometimes. My BPEL is now 20,3cm (8"). I want to reach 21.5 (8.5").
It's a lot of hard work! ;)
 
Blood spots can also happen for experienced pumpers. If I take a longer break and then start up again, the blood spots become really bad.
In a couple of days they go down after session, when my tissue are used to it. This is the reason I do not want to take to many rest days.

You have to keep training and going harder as you have been. Did your girth gains slow down?
 
Completely normal and happens to most men....it is simply a cut in the urethra and takes about 2 days to clear up
 
yes but am more focusing on length now first. Working on both at the same time costs me 2 hours per day (to do it right).
A very good strategy. With bundled stretches especially with LengthMaster 3 you will also gain width to your penis. Especially when transition to 5D-BTC-BS stretches with attachment at the base/expressive stretches (the last exercise you need).
 
Blood spots happen from time to time usually due to over training. Should clear up in a day or two
