AdmiralLongDong is correct, you're literally "choking your chicken", killing your dick.

To keep the penis in an elongated state during recovery is excellent. You may want to try 1 - 2 layers of the DivoSuit at night when sleeping. I always tell people that, all the PE done during the day is more than enough to deliver all of the needed gains. There is no need sleeping with any PE device, sleeves or Uncle Jim wrap at night.
