If you believe any of the lspg guys, there is a guy out there with a 12" flaccid and 14" erect (suposedly measured with witnesses). He likes to go to airport urinals and show it to get reactions. I agree with you about Lex being under 10", but not Mandingo. Mandingo is easily 1-2" bigger than Lex. As far as things looking bigger in video, Lex is the poster child for that statement.
