Been on this site about 4 months, thanks to advice on exercises (jelqing, kegels) I am waking up quite often with raging wood.

I was wondering if i could take advantage of this? If so, how. (this site is massive and I am sorry if i am making a post that already existed)

Its the type of hard-on that is like steel, that's why i want educated advice. I feel like I should be jelqing it or squashing. But i also dont want to hurt anything.

but you could certainly include that in the workout.

I often have bigger morning wood then sex wood. maybe some beneficial hormones going around in the morning

Awesome, will do!!!! I'll try it gently at first, it is so hard that it feels painful to jelq (i tried about 2 strokes one morning). But i will do it wisely and understand that a lil pain might be rewarding.

ALSO, is there any evidence or hypothesis behind wether dry or wet jelqs being better than the other?

I only get morning wood when I want to pee or when I am feeling horny. For me, less masturbation, more morning wood. I'm also experimenting to see if working out in the gym will help with morning wood.
