This has been brought up in Gandolf's thread, and to be honest, I am and have always been a little bit confused by this. People throw this term around like they know exactly how it works, but I sometimes feel like its a copout if people lose any gains. So maybe someone can help explain to me how it works.

My main question is how do you know if you have cemented your gains. Are there any rules or guidelines to follow? It seems to me, people are saying a month or however long should be adequate to 'cement' your gains. But some people seem to be losing more than what they had gained in the last month they Penis Enlargement'ed for.

Then there are others like SWM, who have taken extended breaks and lost nothing. Are there particular exercises that are best for cementing gains or is your normal routine good enough (doesn't seem like it could be if people are losing more than a month of Penis Enlargement).

I mainly have given this issue life, b/c I'm sure there are many people out there who want to be sure that they won't have to Penis Enlargement for the rest of their life to keep their gains.

I took a 6 week rest at 8.5 x 5.5 with no loss of gains. I also came back to Penis Enlargement making some of my best gains to date. Cementing may very well be used as a cop out for some but it is a very real process of Penis Enlargement and everyone is different. For me I have never needed time to cement length gains but gith is a whole other story. I sometimes need to gain up to a .5" in girth to manifest a 1/4" in permanent gains. This is why I always underestimate my progress on girth until I have taken a 3-4 day break with no loss of gains. Almost inevitably I lose some of the gains I have made but I almost always keep some of it. I never lose. I think this cementing process is different for allot of guys, I also think that most guys should not pay it any mind until they are towards or at the end of making their goals.

I use that term *Cementing* gains as tome it means to finalise the gains you now see.....that extra size increase ya have...that swolleness ths week thats not gone away etc etc.
Well I always say hit it hard and CEMENT it....in other words cement means KEEP it, make sure it heals in and grows with the penis and it isnt just temp swelling and shit like that.
Usually it takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks for me to cement a gain I see .... this involves nuthing out the ordinary, just work a little bit harder I guess but I do no more sessions or extras.

Look at it this way,
A newbie gains say 2 inches in his first week......YEPenis EnlargementEEEE He says, I have gained....but he HASNT...its NOT CEMENTED into his system, i.e. the penis hasnt took this new growth and added it into the make-up soto speak.

The newbie MUST NOT LAY OFF NOW, he must work that little bit harder doing the same as before for 4-8 weeks and make sure the gains he sees stay and are CEMENTED....once they are cemented than they become Penis EnlargementRMANENT and only require Maintanence or normal work as usual to keep them.

WOW... I always thought that you relentlessly did Penis Enlargement EVERY day, no matter what. This is actually kind of a relief for me. Thinking that you did it every day, 7 days a week was somewhat daunting to think about. I found myself thinking "Geez, how will I ever be like THAT guy?" :)

Glad to know you are still human. rofl

Hmmm... this might shed some light onto why we sabotage ourselves... perhaps has to do with comparing ourselves to others... ?

Dear REDZULU,

Pleasewould you be so kind to help me too?

Please, let me know, is it possible to cement the freshly added gains by simply using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], for example 1 or 2 times per week? Maybe I must add some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] SuperStretch and SlowSquash Jelqs?

If YES, how long will it take to cement those gains? A couple of weeks I guess.

I wish to thank you in advance - I just wish to know the truth and deal with it.

Many thanks and LONG LIVE KING SALVINI!!! :)

it will take more then a couple of weeks. decrease PE workouts like DLD said above.

And be sure to keep a one day a week routine after the cementing process to keep you in good sexual order. Just like any other part of the body, it is good to keep it maintained.

I can't imagine life without PE, so cementing will never be needed. PE for life.

Same here, I am never going to stop...too much to be discovered and created, a life time is not enough time!

RedZulu will not be able to answer your question but I can offer help. If you are in the cementing stage of gaining I suggest that you slowly reduce the frequency or workouts over a couple months. Maybe for the first two weeks 5 sessions a week, the next 2 weeks 3 sessions, the next 2 weeks 2 sessions and finally over the last two weeks 1 session per week. At this point I would stick with one session per week to keep up good penile health.

Excellent advice :)

Maintain a high level of EQ. If you're regularly getting enduring, rock hard erections this will ensure that your tissues and ligaments stay expanded- and you'll maintain your gains.

Exactly, even after gains have been made and cemented it is vital to keep some kind of training going. You would not go to the gym and make gains and then just stop training, you would maintain those gains with some kind of maintenance routine. Although PE gains may not be lost, erection quality could be sacrificed if maintenance is not done. Stay in shape!

You still want to grow? o_0

Cementing is the easy part anyway. Just need to find a routine that maintains the size and keep track of it. I'd think you'd just go with a lighter routine that gives you marginal gains for a while. Something you would consider a vacation from your normal routine.

Basically, your body sees the improved size as incorrect, so it will try to fix itself to get back to it's normal equilibrium. Convincing your body to achieve a new equilibrium will take a while. That's why you want to go for something you won't dread.

There's literally scientific reasoning for all of it. You can be as skeptical as you want at this point and still clearly understand how it should work with a little research. It's also pretty great for your motivation when you start to piece together the knowledge and form a solid understanding of what you are doing. There's plenty of know how and know why here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]. It's just a lot to take in.

Very true and brilliant to bring up.

From my experience, gains made from bundled stretching tend to cement itself because once the tunica is slacked, it doesn't go back to it original size.

Secondly, if you seek 8 inches bone press, get to that size. Once you arrive at 8 inches bone press, train length for an additional 1 year. Whatever extra gain you make within the 1 year of training will cement the 8 inches.

Exactly 💯 correct
