whats a good pc strengthening routine? i want to strengthen my pc muscle to the max so that i can have stronger harder and longer lasting erections. thanks.

100 x Quick squeezes
50 x 5 second squeezes (hold for 5 seconds, then release slowly over 2 seconds)
1 minute squeeze
 
This is great, but I find myself still wanting more intense exercises.

how long until i see results with this pc routine? if i do it 2x a day morning and night
 
You only need to do it once a day. You don't really want to over train the muscle as this can cause fatigue.
 
For me, I started doing the PC workout once per day but eventually I worked up the endurance to go ALL DAY. I squeeze while driving, working, showering, walking, fuck I think I even do them in my sleep.

It could take some time as you are training the muscles for endurance more than size. It is kind of like a runner working up to a marathon.
 
1 week was enough to see more powerful erections. Every week you get stronger.
 
I think I might up them then after I've done a few months on the current routine. I definitely feel they are working :)
 
let me ask you guys, how exactly is a very strong and trained pc muscle responsible for better and more rigid long lasting erections??

How did you manage to gain half an inch in BPenis EnlargementL in 1 month???
 
he probably got some lig stretched..i sincerely doubt its from corporal bodies cell division

I gained from about a week of the newbie routine stretches, and 3 weeks of Bathmate usage (no stretches). See my progress thread in my signature to see exactly what I did.

If you are referring to me, see the above sentence :) I actually only focused on gaining length for that first week, the rest of the time I've solely been focused on girth, so the length gain is a nice bonus.
