I'm looking for an answer to what this piece of skin is that is attached from my shaft to the head of my penis? I've never had any serious problems with this piece of skin apart from the odd little rip which scabs over rather quickly. It's not the frenulum which is beneath the head so I am thinking it may be some kind of post op healing abnormality ? Any answers would be great.
