I have been reading and best i can get is -

LOT - Loss OF Tug - The point at which you lessen the tug back while performing a kegal, stretching a flaccid penis. This helps determine your LOT number.

What is a lot number, how do you find it out and wat does it do? I think its something to do with when u stop gaining?

Any help, i should really know this by now after 2.5 years!!! sorry,

If it is related to stoping gains how do you get around it? dont get it! thanks
 
The 'LOT' theory suggests that if you have a 'high' LOT then you need to stretch more downward to hit the ligs. If you have a 'low' lot you need to stretch primarily in the 'up' position to target the tunica.

To determine your LOT stand sideways in front of a mirror. Pull your dick straight up---this is 12 o'clock. Next kegel and keep kegheling every :30 min on the 'clock' until you see Loss of Tugback. Not total loss just a visibaly noticible one. Figure out where you are on 'clock' If you are at a 12 to 9 position---stretch down more. if you are from 9-6 stretch up more.

The LOT theory is a tool to help men to figure out whether they need to focus on stretching the Tunica or if they would be better served stretching the ligaments. It's actually fairly easy to understand and very easy to implement. I actually have worked on a plan that hits multiple angles with manual stretches, focusing on 2 angles at a time but one is always constant. For me this angle is straight out with every other day the second position being either straight down or straight up. This is helping me to hit different angles but the tunica still gets majority of the work over the course of a week. The LOT theory is solid, and you should read in the threads over in the hanger's forum that BIB and SWM posted.
 
ok, my english sucks (I admit it) but wtf is Loss of Tugback. specially the Tugback. What does it mean :)

Where you hand stop's being pulled back by your penis like when you pull the penis up kegel you may feel a tug you pull the penis down and kegel your hand may not feel any tug.

Makeherscream, can you explain the timing again. :30min? u keep doing it for 30min str8? and pleease explain the clock thing again. like if ur pullin at 12, how does it for from 9 o clock?
 
LOT theory (remember, it is just theory, ableit from the hangmeister himself) isn't written in stone, and indeed guys with low lots have significantly lengthened their ligaments.

No, DK, the :30 min I am referring to is 30 minutes on the 'clock'--like 9:30 etc.

So what you do is stand sideways in front of a mirror. pull your dick straight up---toward your belly buttor---this is 12 o'clock. Pointing straight at your feet is 6 o'clock. What you want to do is starting at 12 o'clock holding the head of your dick with 2-3 fingers is do a kegel---1 kegel. Move your cock to the 11:30 position and then do 1 kegel. Keep going every :30 min 'on the clock' until you see a Loss Of Tugback.

oohh ok, I get it, thanks man, when i pull my dick down at 6, i have no tugback and when at 12 o clock i have alot of tugback, So how should i got about stretching then?

Most people are that way, you have to find the point at which you lose the tugback. I think most people are probably around 8 or so.
 
LOT was a attractive idea and it may have some validity but it remains unproven and, in most cases, leaves men more confused than aware. We are dealing with a very basic matter here, making the penis bigger. Confusing it with complicated theory takes a very simple concept and adds complexity. Lets really look at this for a minute. If LOT says that stretching upward will give you the greatest chance of gains than it makes sense to stretch upward but really, is it so much more work to attend to every angle...Just in case? From the very origination of LOT theory my hopes for downward stretching gains were supposedly unattainable. I was not willing to take the risk of abandoning multi-angles. This decision, whether it was consistent with LOT or not, I continued to gain....see my point?
 
Even though my LOT was 6 when I first tried hanging, after 3 months I still gained .5 inches in length from hanging straight down. Now that I have a vacuum hanger I hang upwards for a few hours each day.
 
Thats ill I hung for a bit more than a year with a LOt at 6 also... I didn't gain untill I moved my LOt up, so ya I credit this theory big time, but also what DLD said.
