Hey guys..

UK Member here

Did some Penis Enlargement a good 18months or so ago..done none since..

Still have my Bathmate but not used it so this is what i proposed i do for a month to start off.....to get my penis used to being worked out again.

First Month

10mins Jelqing followed by 1 set of behind the cheek stretches then wrapped with an Ace Bandage everyday.
Bathmate used for 6-8mins pumped with water in the shower in the morning everyday and maybe add a 6-8minute session in the evening for last 2weeks?

AFTER this...i will move onto a more advanced routine but mainly around the Bathmate..

Something like...

AM
Behind the Cheek Stretches in the am during a shower for 15mins with 5mins of __________ Ultimate Stretches

PM -
Bathmate Internal Stretches with fully erect penis -
So down, left, right, up x 30seconds each x 3sets then 25rotary stretches, followed by the DLD Blaster Routine using pump for 5mins, release…Slow Squash Jelq for a few mins..repeat.

Now..Questions..

1. In the UK do any of you guys have a good place to buy something to warm the penis up rather than using a sock and a microwave?..maybe something that charges or can be plugged in.

2. Kegels...how should i start these..im gonna reverse kegel when doing Bathmate stretches..but shall i just start of kegeling everyday randomly for the first month?

3...Any other advice or places on a good ALL DAY STRETCHER that can be bought in the UK?...want to use these after jelqing/stretching sessions to help keep my penis stretched in its flacid state as long as possible.

4. Does the above routine look good enough? I don't have hours to devote..the beginner routine will take me 30mins tops....the advanced routine probably an hour...which is the max limit of what i'll do...and am i ok to Jelq and use the Bathmate everyday or are rest days advised?

5. Any other advice/comments etc...
