I have been reading as much as I can about the LM since I have ordered one but I do have one question that I hope some of the more experienced can answer. I apologize in advance for this question if it is dumb but after watching some of the videos, what does the twisting do and what purpose does it serve? I could not find the answer to this but if someone could explain it or direct me to the appropriate thread it would be appreciated.

Twisting will complete a bundled stretch. Which is to break up the tunica and allow the gains to start happening.

No. You should always do bundled stretches BEFORE any length or girth exercises.

Yes. Before a routine short, intense bundled stretches should be done for 5-15 minutes. This should be done before each routine.

Read through the SRT theory. It contains a detailed section dedicated to bundled stretching.

I showed one of the videos to my wife and she looked at me as if I had fell and bumped my head. LMAO

That is the most important thing in gaining and it is so awesome we have a very effective way to do this! Thank God for the LengthMaster!
