Most nights before I falls asleep, I do a little kegel routine....and in the morning when I wake up (since my PC isnt that strong) I can tell a real difference in the strength of my dick and how big my CS is.....

Since I only sleep a max of 8 hours, that means that my dick has rebuilt itself in that time and I could probably do a few kegel sets in the morning too and double my gains.....

Sources have now told me that 3 x 8 = 24, meaning that this could possibly be the Thrice a day Kegel routine......

Too much, lets me know :)
 
I've also just started twice a day kegel sessions. I commute an hour to work so do 1,000 hard squeezes in sets of 100 with 1 minutes holds in between sets on my way to and from work.

I've noticed that i can keep my erections longer when doing my Penis Enlargement workout.

good start!! Now add ladders And I'll try to find one called pc blaster from another site it's killer!! (your pc will feel dead the first time you do it!)
Some peeps say you can over do others say you can't,
only you know your body.
However don't add too much to fast as that is where we pe-ers get ourselvs into trouble
