One week ago I started taking tribulus terrestris to increase my erection quality as it has suffered lately probably from my intense girth routine. The recent posts of tbirdy really scared me so I decided to take a break from Penis Enlargement for some weeks to see if everything turns back to normal.
Back to the tribulus: For one week I've been taking one capsule a day (750mg) but I haven't noticed any significant effects yet ... I know thats neither much nor a long time, but what I'd like to know from the guys that have experience with tribulus is what dosage they use and how long it took them to notice any results.
I recently took TBOMBII 2x daily for about 2 weeks. Each dosage (3pills) contains 903mg tribulus, along with a lot of other crap. I decided to try the pills as a performance enhancement for my gym workouts. The first day I took the pills, I definitely noticed a difference in my testosterone levels. You may ask,"how?" Well, for one thing, I had more energy, ability to focus and felt agressive. How agressive? Well, this guy decided to take over the cable station that I was doing super sets of tri-pushdowns on. I was about this close || to ripping his leg off and beating him to death with it.
lol
Normally, I don't have that strong of a reaction to that type of situation. Therefore, I'd say that the TBOMBII
probably had something to do with my level of aggression.
As far as erectile quality, I did not notice any difference. In fact, after that first day of taking TBOMBII, I did not notice any further benifits from the supplement. I promptly discontinued use and got a refund.
Now, if you want my recommendation for a product that is cheap, effective and fairly safe to take - go to your nearest oriental herb store or oriental supermarket and find Shou Wu Chi tonic. Go to my progess log for more info as well as pictures of what the tonic looks like (packaging, etc.):

Not only should the tonic help your erections, it should improve your overall health and sleep as well if taken regularly (for at least a week). Getting adequate rest between girth sessions is also important. Increase the intensity of your workouts slowly. This is definitely not a race.
