I began Penis Enlargement at the beginning of December, doing manual straight stretches and jelqing. I'm also taking supplements (yohimbe, l-argenine, vasciodillators(sp?), etc.), and I'm paying attention to optimal circulation. My problem is that I've been doing an intense routine for almost 4 weeks and have seen no length gains, which I think may be based on my LOT of 7 to 8. I feel some small burn in my ligs, and soreness, but if I don't see length gains in 2 weeks I think it may be time to move on and do tunica work to raise my LOT. Has anyone been in this situation before, and what worked for them?
 
i wouldnt get too worked up about it, ive been peing for 4 months now with no gain (and i do it religiously).
i know how u feel where some people gain like an inch or 2 in a couple of months. as long as you got a good routine and stick to it - it will work
 
I know I will gain some, I just feel that my routine isn't optimal for me due to my low LOT, and that a better routine will also allow for better future gains.
 
Thanks for the assurance. I've been builiding up jelqing slowly because I'm taking yohimbe, but I'll really step it up since I haven't gotten red spots in a few days. I noticed a few stretch marks today without my skin feeling much looser than normal, so hopefully some small gains are being made. It also feels 5 times as heavy as it did, which is a great sign of more bloodflow.
 
There you go man... some stretch marks and feeling heavy. Might be a part of gaining... ;)
 
what is yohimbe and what does that do for you?
was thinking of getting pills, are they any good or just a con?

Keep at it mate, you will gain, i was the same as you at the begining, then again i was a bit lazy i cud be a lot bigger than i am now if i would have kept at it. Now that i have done for the past 2 months ive gone from just over 6 to 7". i am aiming for 8" by march.

you will gain just increase your jelqing gradually!

Yohimbe enlarges blood vessels. I believe it puts more stress than usual on the tunica.

Today I added bundled tunica stretches to my workout. I also increased my jelq count a little.
 
i take yohimbe also - can feel a real difference. although i will say to take this in moderation - there are a few side effects it has on the heart. with my experience of pills - i would say they HELP you grow, meaning the gains you see will be quicker. but i wouldnt rely on them to make u grow without exercises. plus they make v horny!! lol
 
ha horny is good, think i will get some and see how they go! cant do no harm can they! i did read that somewhere about yohimbe.
 
Haha, it actually can do some harm with blood pressure if you aren't careful. I use it in moderation as well.
 
I'm getting chafing from the bundled tunica stretches. Anyone have advice or does my skin just have to toughen up?
 
I can't say anything good about yohimbe...not even yohimbine HCL. It is a common ingredient in penis pills, but all it has ever done for me is raise my blood pressure considerably. One awesome herb that has not had ANY negative side effects on me even at extremely high doses (3-5grams!) is MACA.
