Hi Everyone,
I have gotten my TLC Tugger, and it is a good device. The elastic bands it comes with exert a max. traction force of 3 pounds (1.36 kilos). I was reading the site for the traction device called jess extender.
http://www.jes-extender.dk
They have clinical tests with their device using 1.2 kg. traction 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and the results on average were a increase of 1.1 inches after 1100 hours. I don't think that the jess extender would be comfortable to wear 12 hours a day, but the TLC tugger is, and it has a slightly higher traction force. I plan on using it 12 hours a day from now on, with jelqing 30 min. a day as well, and seeing what the results will be. According to the size calculator at the jes extender sight, i should be 10.4 inches after 6 months, starting at 8.5". Also, because traction leads to tissue growth, this will be permanent growth. What do you guys think?
