...I would love it if a couple of you out there experiencing slow to no gains at the moment would give my routine a try. It's posted in the Progress section, and I really think that it could help those of you who are having trouble making gains.

Sure I'll give it a go. I don't know if I have slow gains. In a lil over a month I gained about 3cm in bpfsl and about .25 all along my whole dick i n girth. But I was over 5 inc a few spots but it went back down to 5. because I took 8 days off because of an injury. I'm fine now.

Id like to get better results because seriously 3 cm here and there is not noticable unless I measure it.


how bout posting link to ur proigram to mske it easier. unless im dumb or impateint i cant find. plus i dont feel like lookin
I'll check it out and try it. I have gotten pretty good girth gains so far. I can say that I have a solid 1/4 inch gain in girth. However length gains are not happening no matter what I have been doing. Maybe I shouldn't have mixed so much girth work in with stretching, and have been so sloppy with my routines.

I want to focus on length right now. I just bought a pump too and have been doing it lightly. I have done all kinds of stretching methods, from bundled blasters to dld blasters, to btc stretches at all intensities. I'm starting to think that I should just do stretching and only stretching (maybe some pumping).
