I have been doing NPenis Enlargement and using a Jes-extender for close to 11 months now and have not gained in over 5months. I have ordered a vacuum hanger (from mynewsize) and will take up hanging when it arrives. This is new to me (hanging) so I ask you for advice on weight, time, rest and so on. I have been using a home made vacuum head piece from time to time on my jes and strapped to my leg so I have some experience with vacuum grip. What should I start with? I am thinking 1 hour hanging 2kg SO for my first month. Rest days only if needed.

All advice is welcomed! What am I looking for in a hanging session? Do I want to reach fatigue and stay there on the edge for the entire session?

What's happening brother! If your just starting to hang, I would recommend 3-5 pounds and limit sessions to 30 minutes. Rest days are not productive for working length. Concentrate initially on gaining conditioning for session times. Try to progressively add time to each session. 1 hour sessions are great, but it should take you a couple of weeks to get there.

BTC, how long does it take to ship the hanger to norway? Got an e-mail about 14days ago that the hanger had shipped. Surely it should be here by now?

Will start out with 30min sessions and 1,5 - 2kg. Can not wait!

I shipped a few to Noraway and Denmark the 2 countries that seem to take the longest. It's probably there, but sitting at customs. They Like to shake boxes.
 
They have probably "confiscated" it. Bet one of those damn custom guys has 5kg hanging from his penis right now! With my hanger!

Guess it is right around the corner then. Great! Let`s hope hanging can give me the 3cm more I need to reach my goal.
 
it will be there, don't worry :) i'm one of the people BTC have sold a hanger to from Denmark. It took 3-4 weeks i guess, it was stuck at the national tax center so they had to send me a mail, look what was in the package and find out how much i had to pay in taxes.

The hanger will come for sure, and it is REALLY a great product!!!! I have done sessions at over 1 hour with 5-8 pounds and i'm uncut!!!

Feel free to PM me at any time, i will gladly share my experience with this hanger and earlier Penis Enlargement.. (though i havn't gained lenght yet)...

How much weight do you think someone currently hanging 12.5 pounds from a Bib Starter (20 min) can begin with a Max-Vac?

The weight isn't the issue, If you can hang whatever you did previous you should be able to continue the same. It takes some getting use to the pressures involved, how to master them and avoid others. If your doing 12.5 pounds for 20 minutes, you are probably conditioned to do 12.5 pounds for 1 hour +.
 
is hanging best for length gains along with manual stretching?

What has everyone gained from hanging? are gains quick, wat can u expect. I was thinking of purchasing one of these

Well, I finally got my hanger. It had a leak so I was told by BTC to try to fix it and that he would send me a replacement + a bonus. I managed to fix it with some super glue. It does not look so nice but it does no longer leak.

I like the hanger very much and have used it for 5,5hours over a period of 10 days. I use it for about an hour every session. I have not used the pump yet and do not think I will need it for other then maybe taking up pumping later down my Penis Enlargement`career.

I know most of you might think 5,5 hours over 10 days is very little but I am trying a different method. Let`s see if less is more... Oh, I hang 3,5kg SO with a pulley set up under my desk.
 
I gained about 0,8cm by hanging for 1hour followed by about 4 hours light ads, then 2days total rest and repeat. Did this for a total of 17 days. Total hanging time; 6hours and 40min ADS time; about 25hours

YEs, Absolutely. I gained that .5 inch in no time. Very good, for quick length gains.

BIB gained 4 inches in 2 years......need i say more?
 
How long do you hang for at a time? Do you hang for 20 minutes then take a break to allow return of blood flow?

Just wondering.

I hang sets of 10-15 mins with a break between. I dont like cutting blood for too long now.
