Ok, joke aside (I had QUITE some laugh writing the joke !!!!), there can be lots of reasons, but the ones I think are the cause of your issues are:

1- Physical
The physical stimulation you are getting is not enough to stimulate you to a level where you can reach climax. People are very different, but some get stimulation from one, others don't find the same thing stimulating etc. A handjob is nothing so special as it does not stimulate you as much as sexual intercourse (vaginal or anal). My advice is this- just have sex with NO condom on and if you still have these problems- it would seem the problem is psychological.

2- Psychological

I really have no explanation for you other than that any time you are masturbating you know exactly how to grip, how fast to go, and what to think about.
