About 3 months ago I started Penis Enlargement after taking a multi-year break due to some unrelated medical issues. I initially did basic stretching and jelqing. However, my private time is limited so I cut out the jelqing and created a manual stretching only routine. I have been following that routine for about 2 months. In the meantime I have also been trying to lower my body fat %. I started around 20% and now am around 15%.

I have gained a total of about 1" BPenis EnlargementL in those 2 months. My flaccid length has also noticeably increased. I am very happy with the gains but still want more! :)

Lately I haven't really felt the stretches like I used to. I'm wondering if that is a sign that I need to change my routine or if it's too soon to change it since it has worked pretty well so far.

I will have a ton of private time in the next 3-4 weeks, so I was thinking about stopping my manual stretching and doing purely girth work (jelqing and clamping). After those few weeks, I'll be back to my limited privacy situation, so maybe I should switch back to manual stretching at that point.

I am currently 7" BPenis EnlargementL x 5" EG midshaft. My goal is to be as large as possible, but I think that the common goal of 8x6 is fairly realistic for me. However, I am definitely interested more in length right now.

Do not fundamentally change your routine until you see no gains on the ruler as it could simply be your brain thinking that the feeling is normal now.

Aim however to double your reps and also work your girth.
 
What's a good amount of time without gains to consider my routine to be stalled or plateaued?

A month, though i would give it two.

The first thing to do when you plateau is to increase the reps of the exercises you are doing aim to double them and then if that has no effect, change the fundamental routine.
 
I've noticed that I still feel the stretches during like the first set of them, but on sets 2 and 3 I feel almost nothing. Maybe I should keep going with the current routine but also add girth stuff for these next 3 weeks? I'd really like to maximize these upcoming 3 weeks...

To be honest i rarely feel much while doing Penis Enlargement exercises because your brain adapts to thinking such sensations are normal. The way i know whether my Penis Enlargement session was a success is whether or not i have an ache/soreness near and at the base of my penis and shaft the morning afterwards.

Yes, just do more.
 
Ok, thanks. Btw, I've never felt any soreness at all near my base. After I'm done with my stretching all I ever feel is some skin tenderness where my grip was.
 
Ok, 3 weeks of my normal stretching and newly-added jelqing & clamping are complete. I gained about .25 in mid-shaft erect girth and 0 in length. I don't really measure my flaccid very accurately but I feel that my flaccid girth and length are slightly improved. I have definitely increased significantly in flaccid length since starting Penis Enlargement in general, so I am definitely very happy about that. Knowing that I have a 4.5-5" flaccid NBPL has skyrocketed my self-confidence and I swear that I see girls checking it out.

With that being said, my few weeks of extra private time are over. What should I do to jumpstart these length gains? I desperately want length. Should I switch to doing my length routine twice a day, or is that over-training? I can find pockets of 15 private minutes relatively easily.
