Tongkat Ali is what was referred to above, and I can 100% swear by it.

Its a root that is harvested in Indonesia and basically increases your body's natural production of testosterone. It works differently from things like steroids and pro hormones because its your own testosterone that is being produced and NOT something like steroids replacing your natural testosterone producing functions which makes your own production shut down. Thats why steroid users commonly have ball-shrinkage. Instead, the area in your testicles that produces your testosterone (look up 'leydig cells') is working in overdrive and not being replaced.

I'm actually surprised I have seen it mentioned here as much as it was in Thundersplace. ?:( Anyway, I taken it for the last two years and its pretty insane how much it works. After being on a cycle for only 4 days I could actually feel my balls being fuller and bigger, as well as being in a better mood with more energy. The only downside I could find, if any, was that if I tried to take an extreemly high dosage for awhile, I could get a little more aggressive than usual, but thats about it.

Vitamin C is THE most important vitamin for building new collagen and elastin(tendons and ligaments are mostly made up of these.) Take AT LEAST 20 mg per pound of body weight. Vitamin D is crucial for the absrption of many vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E is a good antioxidant and mild natural blood lubricant/ thinner. Fish oil is also a blood thinner and increases circulation. Magnesium is often overlooked. It's involved in over 300metabolic processes in the body including cell division and reproduction. L-arginine is good for blood flow. Panax ginseng and gingko biloba are good for circulation too.
 
DHEA is a natural testosterone precursor(pro hormone). Only take the low dose though-1-5 mg.
 
For the Tongkat Ali from the site mentioned, right now I usually take one pill a day which is 800mg of the extract. The stuff is also good if you are doing some sort of lifting routine at the gym so on days like that I may take 1200mg the day before or day of.
Also, when you use this stuff you usually don't feel a difference until 4-5 days after. Apparently theres some tea in Asia with tongkat in it (which ive seen for sale online), so I hope to experiment with that sometime soon!

ok. so where can i find DHEA and how much do i take and what does it cost, etc.

i really like the idea of more testosterone, though i'm sure it'll make me hairy as fuck, but my gf has a really high sex drive and i'd love a boost to be able to keep up, let alone all the other benfits; muscle, size increase, load increase...etc.

The bottle will tell you the correct amount. The links I provided have information and the best source to buy it, IMO.
