Hey guys! I'm new to the forums so I thought I might wanna start posting my own experiences with a routine I'm doing and see if I'm heading down the right path. I purchased the x30 about 2 weeks ago and have been a 5 min on 1-2 min off 3 times type of guy, now I'm trying something new. Warm 100% Organic Cocoa Butter warm up + a hot ace bandage wrap for a few minutes. I do a few rotational and direction stretches with kegels, then use the cocoa butter for Jelqing (ok grips, v grips, and SSJ's). A few of each, and then repeat. I do this for about 5-8 minutes. Then it's in the Bathmate for 5-8 minutes first time, 2-3 minutes doing stretches then back in for another 8-10 minutes, more pressure this time. Back out for 2-3 minutes with gentle power stretches. Then I hop in the shower and use the hottest water I can stand and do 20 minutes with a full erection, sometimes watching �naked people movies� to sustain the erection. I increase the pressure during the last 5 minutes and also Kegel until failure. Then I hop out, apply more cocoa butter and put on a cock ring for a few minutes. I'm taking Zinc, Maca, L-Arg., and L-Cit thought the day and lots and lots of water.

MASSIVE gains made already guys. I'm not sure what the normal gains are but I started with an erect length of 6.25 and an erect girth of 4.50. I am VERY happy to say that I have now a 6.5 inch erect length and an erect girth of 5.75 inches. My girlfriend is addicted to my cock now. CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the Brotherhood! What an amazing testament to training with the best methods. I wish all men knew the power of the BathMate and see just how fast gains can be made. Thank you for sharing your gains and experience.
 
On this training setup, is it typical to be sore? Should I back off the jelqing for a day or two and keep doing the BM? The shaft is sore and I have a little dull pain on the head, right hand side around the ridge. Is there anything else that i could be doing better or diffrent? Is the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) good for girth or should I go to a 15 min twice or three times. I will say after starting this reg, sex is an every day occurrence, sometimes 2 times, maybe thats where the soreness is coming from? The cocoa butter is the type that has to be melted first into an oil.
 
So is the gains made of fluid retention or real expansion? That is the only interesting question to me :D

No water retention in length, that is for sure. To this statement Pandamidian, did you measure girth after 24 hour period with no training? If so this is a correct girth reading.
 
No, this would have been after 2-3 hours after I did my session, most of it is water retention I'm sure but it still feels very solid. I'm having a hard time getting back to that girth again, but I've also been changing my routine more. So to answer your question I would have to say, yes a lot of it is fluid retention. I think need to "start over" with my training i think. Start keeping track of it all better and differently.

Hey, nothing wrong with the way it is happening, that is what you want. With each session you should see measurable temporary gains from .25" up to an inch +. Directly after girth work measure to be sure there is expansion. Eventually this size will become cemented as the new size manifests itself. But, with the length gain, that is solid, nothing temporary there.
