Kooky, while we're here, I believe I am going to stick with Phase 1 or newbie routine except replacing the length routine with your "Kook's awesome power assist workout" because I have a power assist. What do you think? DLD said he gained 2 inches in the newbie routine.
How long have you been on Phase 1? That's the real kicker. If you have only been on it a week I would say stay on it a little longer, maybe 30 days total or so minimum before changing anything.
When you are ready, maybe keep the newbie routine then add a little bit of the PA workout every other day or so to build up to it. The PA workout can be a very intense workout. I worked with DLD on putting it together and I saw right at about an inch in gains from it.
