Hey folks, the last 2 months I actually lost 1/4" on my bpsfl. I haven't been able to get it back. I am thinking of, although I never did, the newbie routine, except doing it twisted bundled for up to 1/2 hour, a minute in each direction, repeat 3x's. Any advice/ thoughts????

That sounds good, the bundled stretches are incredible. You may want to check out Bundled Blasters and the Foot Long STretch, both are very intense and they should give you your size back and then some. The newbie stretching routine is also a great move. Basic but powerful.
 
Make sure you jelg for at least 5 minutes after you stretch.
 
Good looks on the re-ply, yeah I have added some jelqs about an hour morning and night, this should get the blood flowing, no? :p
